Thank God this happened on camera. This is the perfect encapsulation for the madhouse that this administration is and the perfect testimony to the characters of the people involved. Only seeing is believing. The first clip is of a gentleman collapsing during a routine White House press conference on obesity drugs. He’s referred to by the speaker at the podium as “Gordon.” This is Gordon Findly of Novo Nordisk, apparently.

Can you possibly believe your eyes? And then of course there is the robotic *leader* of the pack, the president, the man running the show this day and every day. And he freezes like a robot.
This says everything about Trump that you can say about Trump. He is a limited being. He lacks normal responses. The Oval Office is not only his place of business, it is his home. Had this been Biden, Obama, either Bush, Reagan, that president woould have become engaged immediately and been part of whatever was taking place with this unfortunate incident.
Not Trump. He turns into Gort and just stands there, but in his case there is no Klaatu figure to activate him and tell him what’s needed. So uselessly he takes up the sick man’s oxygen.
As to Kennedy running away, I’m sure we’ll hear something about that. I suppose we should give credit to Mehmet Oz, at least he stayed and attempted to be of some use. In this administration that ranks him as a humanitarian on the scope of Mother Teresa, since Trump and Kennedy could evidently watch somebody die in front of them and not have an issue with it.
Character tells. Actions speak louder than words.
