Define “tools”. If you mean the cyber “ninjas” lacked working grey matter between their ears then yes, I will admit you’re correct. If you mean anything else however, I’d have to say you’re a lying P.O.S.
How would the CIA know that? They’re not supposed to be working inside the US. And I can’t see them telling anyone that kind of thing, unless they spread a rumor overseas to see who’d repeat it here.

Technically that’s correct. the CIA isn’t supposed to operate inside the US and MI5 isn’t supposed to operate inside the UK. However, they can snoop inside each other’s country and simply swap files ‘of interest’ (they’ve been doing it for years). No doubt it also applies to other countries with similar regulations.
Sorry but the republiQ-Nuts need to PROVE that there was widespread election fraud/tampering, not just make vague claims without any evidence. So far there have only been a few individual cases of election fraud found, mostly done by repibliQ-Nuts! Until they can show 100% solid proof of their vague claims, Joe Biden is the duly elected President, and the election was NOT stolen. STOP the SQUEAL/GRIFT!
Oh, but they don’t want to show any of the evidence until they’re in front of a judge who, per standard rules of evidence, won’t allow any evidence admitted until it’s been vetted first and they won’t show the judge any of their evidence because it’s all circumstantial (at best) or completely false (at worst) and the judge therefore won’t allow it to be admitted as evidence.
So they prefer their lies and BS to be spread through the country and claiming there’s some “conspiracy” against them that keeps them from showing all that evidence. And their brain-dead (at best) followers don’t seem to get that if they just show that evidence as requested/required by the judge, all will stand clear in the light of day. There’s also the fact that the evidence doesn’t NEED to be presented before a judge; there’s absolutely nothing keeping the nutjobs from going to the (legitimate) media and putting their documentation out for the world to see.

He does have a neurological disorder. I’m guessing we’re seeing a form of cervical dystonia here. Six years ago he was having spasms in his left hand for months, which he claimed were caused by compressed spinal vertebra in his neck and lower back.
