It’s interesting that JD is a ridiculous idiot. Yes, we’ve spoken of him before. This time is even better than the last. A podcaster absolutely wiped him out in a detailed manner, refuting everything JD said. He’s much calmer and controlled than JD is. So not only does JD need to keep his yap shut, he proves, time and time again, that he’s a sorry excuse for the second most powerful elected office in the nation. Trump would have been better off with a lady as VP.  Well, as long as he didn’t choose any of the other female idiots. Ha. From Raw Story:

Shortly after news broke that a gunman had shot three people at a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement field office in Dallas, the Vice President quickly framed the story as an attack on law enforcement, despite the victims being detainees — a fact he neglected to mention. Two of the three have died. All were detainees, not ICE agents or law enforcement. “The obsessive attack on law enforcement, particularly ICE, must stop. I’m praying for everyone hurt in this attack and for their families,” Vance wrote on social media.

First of all, prayers don’t do a damn thing for fires, hurricanes, flooding, tornadoes, or killings. These people want help, not platitudes. They want answers, not platitudes. “Thoughts and prayers”. Feh. He’s decided to follow Trump’s example and say a whole lot of nothing, boiling down to thoughts and prayers. And then there are the lies and half-truths. Yes, people were shot, and some died. But they weren’t ICE personnel. They were detainees. And of course, JD didn’t want to be nice about *that*. We can bet he wanted to blame “the left” for this “attack on ICE”, even though he didn’t actually say it out loud. But the implication is there.

Later, the FBI claimed a bullet casing found had the words “Anti-ICE” written on it. Many were quick to rebuke the Vice President, among them (Jon) Favreau, who wrote: “The Vice President is not a reliable source of information. This is now the fifth or sixth time he’s posted a political take contradicted by facts from his own law enforcement agencies.” //// Vance then countered: “The gunman had anti-ICE messaging carved on the bullets he used. What, precisely, did I get wrong, dips—?” //// That’s when Favreau unleashed his response, noting some of the instances when Vance rushed to judgment rather than wait for a more full set of facts. “Not sure why it’s so difficult to give people the full story,” Favreau wrote, “detainees were murdered by a sniper, and ‘anti-ICE’ was found on a bullet. This seems to happen quite a bit with you.

Busted. (The FBI found those “unused bullets” far too fast, putting them up on the news mere hours later. There’s a good chance *they* put the words on them. But that’s just me.) But JD paid no attention to whom he was speaking. This is a podcaster. He knows his stuff. You can tell just from the exchange above. JD was toast starting at his first response. Sure, JD, emphasize your comments with cursing. Oh, wait, JD wanted to show he was intelligent and knew all the Bad Words. Well whoop-de-doo. That didn’t show he’s intelligent because he isn’t. And what’s the point of cursing? Fortunately, Jon didn’t stoop down to his level. He stepped it up.

You threatened George Soros’ Open Society Foundation based on a lie that they funded a Nation article you didn’t like. They did no such thing.” //// “You got another community note after accusing the Wall Street Journal of fabricating the existence of Trump’s birthday note to Epstein…because Congress obtained the letter.” //// “You accused me of not reading a court document that you cited as proof that Kilmar Abrego Garcia is a ‘convicted MS-13 gang member.’ He is not, the document didn’t say that, and your tweet ended up as *evidence* in a trial the government lost.” //// “I could go on, but you get the point. Have a blessed day.”

WHAM. Scorched. Game, set, match, JD. You lose in a major fashion. This podcaster knows the truth. He proved JD was wrong multiple times. And the last sentence? Oh, my. What a perfect way to end the conversation, especially “blessed day”. Blessings don’t do anything tangible, just like thoughts and prayers don’t do anything. Let’s see something concrete and true, JD. We’ll bet he doesn’t know how. Too bad, so sad.

Friends, I know everybody begs you for money. I promise you that of all of the outlets bugging you for spare change, we are the smallest and the hardest working. We’re a bunch of old, disabled people, except one writer in his mid-50s. But the rest of us are in our sixties and seventies, and this is a labor of love. All we’re asking for is the ability to continue our quest to tell the truth about Trump and help ensure democracy survives. If you can help, please do. Thank you. Ursula
