If you’ve followed Jack Smith’s testimony before Congress today then you know that it has been a farce. It was a farce when John Foghorn LegHorn Kennedy was talking about the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy and from there it descended into sheer idiocy when Eric Schmitt got involved.
Schmitt concocts an elaborate conspiracy all based on the premise that Smith must’ve been in ATL on a certain date because he was at a “Hawks” game that day but it wasn’t the Atlanta Hawks it was the Iowa Hawkeyes. His big gotcha moment made him look like a complete fool. https://t.co/QIrU4IRPMX

You can see where the conspiracy theory fizzled out. Schmitt looked like the fool that he is and his aggressive posture, in the face of wrong facts, only made his flop all the more resounding.
That didn’t stop him from acting like a total dick. It seems like they think all that nasty attack verbiage makes them have the upper hand, even if they’re wrong.
