What do Lindsey Graham and Eric Trump know that we don’t? Along with Don Junior, these two guys also look like they’ve been slapped around some barroom. In Graham’s case, can his problem be that the more trouble Trump gets in, the closer Graham gets to kompromat on himself being revealed?
I don’t know, It’s pure speculation. But the undeniable fact remains that back in 2015 Graham famously said that “if we nominate Trump he will destroy us; and we will deserve it.”
That same Lindsey Graham later became Trump’s lapdog. Here he is looking like he just came off a crying jag and went straight on TV.

This is the same Lindsey Graham who was dear friends with Joe and Jill Biden, back when the Bidens were dear friends with John McCain. This is the same Lindsey Graham that Hillary Clinton said was “funny, self effacing and good company.” And I could see where that could be true. I’ve seen video where Graham is rhapsodizing about what a fine man Biden is. Where that guy went and how we got this guy in his place is straight out of sci fi stories of alien mind control.
What does Trump and/or Putin have on him? Whatever it is, short of murder, it can’t be worth living this way for.

Where does he construe that Hillary got a pass? The Department of Justice investigated her and couldn’t find anything and this is after James Comey pulled his October surprise by reopening the case. Comey may have cost Hillary as much as two points by doing that and in the 2016 election, as thin as the margin of victory was, two points was a hell of a lot. We will never know. But you do know that Hillary got no kind of a “pass.” But then again, consider the source. Eric Trump is considered the lesser intellect of the four adult children and with the exception of Tiffany, that’s a pretty low bar to be at the bottom of.
Now here’s an answer that may explain Eric’s tears. Maybe even Lindsey’s, also I sense that Lindsey’s issues are of a different nature. Michael Cohen believes that all the Trumps are involved in an elaborate scheme to defraud the IRS.

More will be revealed as the days go by. Meanwhile, I’m keeping an eye out for any and all articles and tapes that explain why this is Sob City, the night Trump gets indicted. It indicates to me that the web of Trump’s influence goes a lot farther and deeper than previously known, if Trump’s indictment strikes such fear into both of his sons and his lap dog Lindsey. What else don’t we know?
I think it’s a more basic need on Graham’s part. He’s a modestly qualified and competent Senator but like most Senators would have been pretty much a seat-holder with no real influence most of the time. Maybe after thirty years or so gotten a post as a Committee Chair or Ranking Member on one of the more well-known Committees. Then John McCain took a newish Senator Graham under his wing. McCain was a big name, a big fish so to speak. And that’s why I’ve sometimes referred to Graham as “Lamprey Lyndsey.”
For those who don’t know a Lamprey is a pretty ugly creature. Technically it’s not an eel but most consider it one. And that mouth! Yuck! It’s nauseating to thing of that mouth latching onto a (very) large fish. A Lamprey is a sea parasite. Once attached it won’t let go until the host dies. Or gets to sick and weak to provide nourishment. Then it hunts for a new host.
And that is Graham. McCain was a huge fish in the Senate pond. Someone of his Party with national name recognition and old-school genuine bipartisan bona fides. And a possible President one day. Graham surely harbored dreams of being AG in a McCain administration if that happened. So like a Lamprey he latched onto McCain and held on for all he was worth. He intended to feed of “host” McCain until ole John died. (or became too weak to sustain him) That’s just how it played out. For Graham there was at the time no bigger and better host for him as he was never part of Bushworld.
But McCain got brain cancer and was dying. Graham needed a new host. Once McCain was on his last legs and too weak to waste what little time he had left feeding him into the wood chipper for the betrayal of making nice with Trump, Graham made like a Lamprey and latched onto Trump. At one point, for a few brief hours during the night after J6 Graham tried to dislodge all those rows of teeth. But angry Trumpkins confronted him in an airport and he managed to latch back on. Now? If Graham is fighting back tears it’s because no “host” is more sustaining than an actual President. And even a former President with a significant and solid base of hard core support that the rest of the Party is afraid of still provides plenty of ‘nourishment.”
But what Trump and those who depend on an all-powerful (at least in the GOP) Trump supporters have most feared is now happening. Trump is headed into the legal system and not as a civil but a criminal defendant. NYC is just the beginning and as Murfster has noted the criminal problems Trump now faces are likely to have huge financial consequences for Trump. His financial house of cards is about to come tumbling down, his chances of a miracle re-election are going up in smoke and Putin who has his own problems has oligarchs who aren’t going to be happy that Trump’s ability to both pay them back and use the Trump Org. to launder money for them around the world are gonna be pissed.
Trump World is about to implode. Even if what’s left of Trump “survives” he won’t be a “host” that can sustain Lamprey Lyndsey. And Graham won’t be able to find anyone else who can do so.
That’s plenty of reason for Graham to spend his waking hours blinking back tears, if not bawling his eyes out!

As always, Denis, you & Murf have captured the essence of the real issue. Which, of course, is being completely ignored by the MSM. They keep using the “porn star payoff” when the real issue is a financial crime for which Cohen has already spent jail time. Why do they keep forgetting “Individual 1?” I’m sure we won’t. Keep up the good work.
Orange man had 4 years to “lock her up” but there was nothing there. She testified for 11 hours during the GOP real witch hunt while the slime ball, on his one deposition he couldn’t get out of, took the 5th over and over. Same goes for Hunter’s laptop. If there was anything there, why didn’t the last administration prosecute?
There’s a reason all of those goopers refused to show up for summons from the J6 Committee – they’re all guilty of treason and they know it.
They’ve clearly got something on Graham that would end his career if exposed, but I don’t think it’s tax evasion. Probably something more like illicit campaign financing, or maybe a catch-and-kill copyright on a juicy tabloid story Lindsey is terrified might hit the headlines. Trump’s trial is going to lift the rug on a lot of dirt, and Graham’s past may be there.
Considering his voter base,being gay is enough to.disqualify him.
Someone said for an R to be consumed a complete disaster he has to.be found with a dead hooker or a live rent boy.
I’m thinking more “live boy, dead girl” bombshell. Not just being gay, but something quite illegal, like underage. Maybe not forcible, Lindsey seems to be submissive, but major bad.
I also find it interesting that Lindsey is urging Trump to do things that would net him more felony charges (“punch a cop!”). That’s an interesting form of :ahem: support.
Graham may be scared that he will be found out. For what…..not sure. But crying!????
In Lindsay’s case they may have compromising photos. If he actually is gay, and not asexual, that would cost him his cushy job as a Senator and he might have to.get a job. His voters,are either rich or white evangelicals who are homophobes. He has that nice fat Congressional pension to.fall.back on, though.
