I also want to point out Financial Reporter Maria Bartiromo has TONS of company in the ranks of RWNJ journalists at RWNJ outlets. Most of them, including those like her are marketed as ‘experts’ are male. But they all fluff the hell out of Trump whenever they get the chance.
As 2paragraphs tells us Bartiromo started a segment during which she was certain, SURE she’d be singing Trumpty’s praises. While talking live about the anticipated job growth about to be announced she got thrown a curve. It was reported expected job growth would be 95k jobs this past month. Not exactly an impressive number but still a decent one. The problem was when the numbers were announced we did NOT see 95k new jobs. Worse, we LOST 33k. Oops.
This went down live and she seemed to feel the need to cover her mouth when she got word via her earpiece that we lost jobs instead of gaining them. Naturally as she continued the segment she tried to change the subject. I no longer have the ability to embed a tweet into a post so you’ll have to click on the link to see it for yourself. What matters is that it’s more bad news for Trump:

Critics of the Trump administration are responding to the new jobs numbers with disdain. As MJ Wright replied: “Jobless numbers much higher than expected, meanwhile the Senate just voted to cut unemployment benefits, food assistance, and Medicaid… This should work out well for the economy.”
Trumpty is having a bad week. So bad whatever bigly plans he had to include boasting about signing his BBB, or FUBBB as I prefer to call it might be cancelled. At least some of the golf balls he would have whacked will get a reprieve because he’ll be so angry he whiffs and misses them entirely. Let’s take stock. For all his bluster to claim otherwise the general news narrative this week is that while we did significant damage to three of Iran’s nuclear sites we didn’t “destroy” any of them. And we sure as hell didn’t “obliterate” their capability. What he wants to be his crowning legislative achievement is in actual trouble. An hour long procedural vote that started seven or eight hours ago is still being held open because Speaker Johnson can’t get to 218 votes. And now this.
It’s a bad night in the middle of a bad week for ketchup bottles within Trumpty’s reach. But maybe a good time to buy stock in whatever brand(s) he pours over his burnt steak every night. As for Fox’s Bartiromo who has had her share of interviews where even with her help tossing Trumpty softballs and hitting them for him when he misses today’s on-air moment will be forever etched in her memory. Given the full-fledged battle between Trumpty and Musk I don’t see Xitter taking down the tweet.
For tonight, let’s hope Johnson gives up and let’s the House adjourn. I don’t know if House Rules will allow him to keep the procedural vote open if they do adjourn for the night but the fact Moses Mikey has, like Speakers before him ignored the rules and let a vote continue past it’s expiration time. This one is insanely long however. What I hope is that Johnson can’t secure the extra few votes he needs and gives up. That means the bill is dead. That’s probably too much to hope for but what the hell.

You don’t need a goddamn PhD in economics to know how money flowing around helps everyone including the greedy phuckheads at the top. It grows the economy. When poor and working class folks get money…THEY HAVE TO SPEND IT. When the rich get money, THEY HOARD IT. They buy investments and political influence. It hurts everyone but the yacht makers and the private equity thieves…oh…and the multimillion dollar wedding planners. Geez…like the song says: when will we ever learn?
