Grudge holding is apparently not limited to the male half of the First Family. Melania Trump, like everybody else in the Trump administration, has been the butt of jokes by SNL and late night TV hosts. That is the way of the world and certainly is not limited to this administration. But Melania Trump has it in for Jimmy Kimmel and so she published this on social media.
Kimmel’s hateful and violent rhetoric is intended to divide our country.
His monologue about my family isn’t comedy- his words are corrosive and deepens the political sickness within America. People like Kimmel shouldn’t have the opportunity to enter our homes each evening to spread hate.
A coward, Kimmel hides behind ABC because he knows the network will keep running cover to protect him. Enough is enough. It is time for ABC to take a stand. How many times will ABC’s leadership enable Kimmel’s atrocious behavior at the expense of our community.
The “logic” behind this is that the shooter at the White House Correspondent’s Association Dinner was somehow motivated by the rhetoric of Jimmy Kimmel and I would love to see Melania prove up that causal connection in a court of law. But behind the “reasoning” is that Melania hates the criticism. Interesting that she’s so thin skinned when she took an active role in the birther conspiracy against Barack Obama. Obama, in return, was nothing but charming to her. Same with Michelle.
There’s a way to be graceful and let the negative flow off you, like the Obamas do, or you can be petty and vengeful instead. Melania, like her husband, is known to be litigious.
Kimmel’s contract is supposed to end soon so likely he won’t be going anywhere. Stephen Colbert has already been chased off the airwaves.
He should sue her just like wolf has.
Time for Jimmy to start showing photos and, even better, videos from Melania’s porn career. We’ve all seen some of them: the naked First Lady of Trumpland rolling around in bed with another lady, both oily and, to my tastes at least, highly un-enticing. Let’s have more every night, as part of his monologue, so the nation can see who’s trying to get Jimmy fired.
