I was about to put that this sort of thing was unbelievable.
But then I remembered what administration this was.

Bonus: Dimwit Donny now has his own, quite apt, coat of arms. A two faced Russian eagle rampant clutching dollars and golf clubs, with the motto stating he is a puppet. Now there’s no need to steal other people’s heraldry.
