This is an experiment, so be gentle with my dumb ass. If there’s one thing I’ve always found from covering debates, it’s that I can never remember everything significant that went on when I go to write up the post game show, so I miss sh*t you really needed to know. So I’m trying something different.

Here’s how it works. I’m not a stenographer, nor a transcriptionist The article will be a series of power point entries. I’ll do my best to encapsulate as accurately as possible the question the moderator asks which candidate, and then the salient parts of the candidates reply. When the candidate’s two minutes are up, I’ll start a new power point for the response of the other candidate. And of course, being me, there will be personal asides, as well as my prediction as to who, if anybody scored a point in that round.

I don’t have a clock, so there will be no time stamps. I’ll start with the opening statements, if any, and post the updates when I have enough time to do so, and be ready for the next round. Please remember that this is in real time, and excuse any typos or crazy sh*t.

The preliminaries. Biden is to the right of the moderators, Trump to the left. Biden is President Bident, Trump is former  President Trump. No handshakes, and no introductions.

• The first topic is inflation. Tapper asks Biden’s explanation for high home and food prices. Biden: Biden reminds everybody that when he took over, unemployment was at 11%, and inflation was rising. Trump did nothing to lower inflation, create jobs, or lower medical costs. Trump is like a cigar store Indian
• Trump: The same old shit. Under Trump, the US had the greatest economy in history, the stock market soared. Biden has f*cked up the economy, and it was Covid’s fault that it all fell apart.
• Biden: Trump’s economic policies gave huge tax cuts to the rich, and screwed the middle class
• Trump: Proudly takes credit for his tax cust, and immediately engages in his usual hyperbole of BEST and Biggest!
• Moderator: Calling Trump out on his tax cuts and the debt, and also why he should cut taxes again
• Trump” Blather, blather, blather about his wonderful tax cuts, China cheating, and his general overall brilliance. Trump blames Biden for more people dying on HIS watch than Trump’s, ignoring the fact that there were no vaccines on his watch
• Biden: Does some real time fact checking on the Trump economic record, including the ballooning debt under his tax credits
• Moderator: Abortion. Roe overturn and today’s US v Idaho decision. Trump: Trump will not block the abortion pill. Convoluted GOP history on why Dobbs was a brilliant decision. States have the right, and Trump will back exceptions for rape, incest and life of the mother. Trump claims the country is COMING TOGETHER on the abortion issue
• Biden: It was a terrible decision. Millions of women are being placed at risk from their own states due to illogical abortion laws
• Trump: WTF! Trump switches to the southern border to claim that Biden is allowing millions of rapists into the country to do their dirty work
• Biden on restrictions on abortion: I support Roe vs wade, which settled at two trimesters.
• Trump responds with the standard GOP abortion stories
• Personal Aside: Trump hasn’t interrupted, but when not speaking, he scowls like his mug shot, and looks like the Tin Woodsman
• Immigration and Biden’s lack of border control Biden rightfully draws attention to the fact that he negotiated the most comprehensive immigration reform in 30 years, and Trump torpedoed it
• Trump: Insane blather of illegal immigrants pouring over the southern border FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD, and people are dying
• Trump on immigration deportations Trump” He killed two Iranian terrorists, Biden is killing American citizens. Even in New York and California, migrant crime is killing our citizens at a level we’ve never seen before. We are truly an uncivilized country now. We have to get these people out, and get them out NOW!
• Biden: Every single thing he’s said is a lie, a total lie. Slams Trump for his disgusting and disparaging treatment of veterans and war dead, and calls TRUMP the sucker!
• Trump loses his sh*t, and compares the reports to Russia, Russia, Russia. Claims that BIDEN made up the suckers claim, and should apologize
• On to Ukraine Trump: Putin NEVER would have invaded Ukraine if he was still President, and neither would HAMAS have attacked Israel. And Biden was personally responsible for the American deaths in the withdrawal from afghanistan, despite Biden following through on a TRUMP agreement
• Biden: Trump came right out and told Putin to “Do whatever he wants.” But this war never would have started if he had been in the White House, cuz HE knows how to deal with Putin. The Ukraine war will be over BEFORE he takes office if he’s reelected. Constitutionally impossible
• Middle East. HAMAS attacked Israel. Biden has proposed a solution, but no progress. Biden” Everybody including the G7, UN Security Council, and Netanyahu have endorsed the proposal. Biden calls out Israel for using 2k bombs in populated areas. Trump smirks
• Trump: The European nations have spent only about $100 billion on Israel, but we’ve spent twice that, with an ocean between us and Israel and Palestine. We should be out of NATO and let them solve their own problems
• Biden: An attack on one is an attack on all. If you want to start a nuclear war, let Russia think it can get away with it
• Would you usupport the creation of an independent Palestinian state to bring peace to the region. Trump: I’d have to see. We can’t be footing the bills because they can’t support themselves. Just like NATO, I’m not supporting NATO if they don’t pay!
• On to J6 and Trump. Trump: Babble about being energy independent and respected all over the world, and then this clown comes in, and everything goes to hell. Tapper presses him to answer. Trump: Blames Pelosi and never answers the question
• Biden: Trump sat in the Oval Office dining room for three hours, refusing all calls from his own staff to do something. The J6 insurrectionists should be in jail
• Trump blames BIDEN for upending the lives of so many people in the J6 revolt. References the Seattle protests that led to a police free zone. Trump is free associating anything he can come up with
• Biden: We’re sitting here listening to a convicted felon here. brings up Trump refusing to denounce the Proud Boys
• Trump’s 34 convictions Trump: Trump paddlefoots away from his “retributions” threats, saying his retribution will be SUCCESS, and calling out Hunter Biden for being a convicted criminal. I DID NOTHING WRONG!
• Biden: Calls out Trump for “Having sex with a porn star and hiding it” and says “Trump has the morals of an alley cat!”
• Trump: Blames Biden for persecuting him, and brags about his fundraising after being indicted
• Tapper to Biden. You say that Trump will end democracy. Does that mean that the millions of Americans who vote for Trump are voting to end democracy? Biden” Yes. He said it, and he’ll do it. That’s why democracy is on the ballot this year
• Trump: Biden is incompetent to be President. We’re having a debate to try to justify his presidency. He’s the most incompetent President in history, and we all know it
• Commercial Break
• Personal Observations. Biden is calm, collected, well prepared, yet passionate when called for. He’s fact checking Trump with proof, and digs him every chance he gets. Right now Trump is probably bleeding independent and Nikki Haley voters. He’s angry, vengeful, boastful, and half of his Q-Anon talking points and accusations have NOTHING to do with the issue at hand
• Moderator: What do you say to black voters who are disappointed that you haven’t made more progress for them? Biden:  Admits disparity in black medical care, the disproportionate cost of childcare. They’re right to be disappointed, but he’s made progress, and need four more years to finish the job
• Trump: He caused inflation. Inflation is killing black and Hispanic people, and he caused it. I gave him a near perfect economy with no inflation and he destroyed it
• Biden” He demolished the economy. When I took over, inflation was at 11%, and inflation was already soaring. He caused it with his response to the pandemic
• On to climate change. President Trump, you’ve vowed to end your opponents climate initiatives, so what would you do to heal the planet? Trump: No response to the question, but pivots back to Biden’s failure at black prison reform. He’s done a horrible job for blacks and Hispanics. I want absolutely clean water, and clean air. We had it, and Biden screwed it up. Sorry, but that’s not global warming
• Trump: The Paris Accord was a total ripoff. It would cost us a trillion dollars, and cost Russia, India and China nothing.
• Social Security. If nothing is done, seniors will see their benefits cut in 10 years/ Biden: Starting immdeiately, he will adjust SS so that people making over $400,000 a year pay on that money, getting rid of the SS payroll tax cap
• Trump: Incomprehensible babble Blames illegals for stealing SS and Medicare benefits
• Biden: Fact checks that undocumented immigrants may pay INTO the tax system, but cannot take anything OUT
• Trump on childcare Trump: In cromprehensible response on childcare, followed by an attack on Biden for his Afghan withdrawal, and calling Biden the worst President in the history of our country. With open borders yet
• We’re the best country in the world! We’re the United States, with the best military in the world. Nothing is beyond our reach. You’ll notice he said nothing about childcare. Restore and increase the Child tax credit.

I’m sorry, I can’t do this anymore. I’ll finish watching, and type up a recap of Biden’s finest moments, but Traitor Tot is simply incapable of stringing together two intelligent sentences that are on f*cking topic! 
We may as well be watching a Trump rally, but without the slobbering imbeciles.
