Holy cow, folks. Minnesota is a mess for Trump’s ‘cabinet’. Add Kra$h to the list of screwups, and we need to hope it drives *him* into hiding. This is stunning. Who told him it was okay to let this out? Who told him to do it in the first place? Or is it KACO (Kra$h Always Chickens Out) for an investigation? From the New York Times via, and with gratitude to, Raw Story:

Political observers raged over the weekend after the New York Times reported that FBI Director Kash Patel personally ordered local prosecutors to cease investigating the death of Renee Good because he feared it would contradict President Donald Trump’s version of the killing.

The order came from Patel and other senior officials who worried that pursuing a civil rights investigation — by using a warrant obtained on that basis — would contradict Trump’s claim that Good “violently, willfully, and viciously ran over the ICE Officer” who fired at her as she drove her vehicle. Several insiders shared the account with the news outlet.

*Everyone* knows that did not happen. Ross shot her, and then they got him out of there in one hell of a hurry. There are all sorts of videos for this out there. There are multiple eyewitness accounts from others who weren’t recording. He’s gone into hiding somewhere. Whether or not he’s brave enough to admit what he did is a moot point when you don’t know where he is. The ICE people at the scene wouldn’t let any local or state police near it. They couldn’t investigate until everything was gone, hidden, moved away. We could hope they were able to find her car and prove she didn’t run over *anyone*.

That story stirred up a frenzy among onlookers, including former prosecutor Richard Signorelli who said, “She was intentionally murdered on video! Where the hell are the MN prosecuting authorities in all of this. I’m requesting that Tim Walz formally request that Keith Ellison take over & prosecute the murderer STAT.” //// Ex-MSNBC host Mehdi Hasan chimed in, “They lied. All of them: Trump, Noem, Miller, Vance, and Patel. And then they covered it up.”

Award-winning author Jennifer Erin Valent wrote, “This isn’t an administration, it’s a criminal organization.” She further added, “I don’t think enough Americans have even remotely digested just how lawless they are and how devastating their actions will be for our country now and long term.”

So what the hell do we do now? What *can* we do now? Is there anything Minnesota can do? There are still a lot of morons around, and since they killed Mr Pretti, nothing is going to stop them. Nothing happened to those a$$holes, either! We can scream, yes, but what good does it do except to hurt your throat because no one will *listen*. Don’t recall where those two are at the moment. They‘re probably still out on the street terrorizing people.

Podcaster Chad Hartman wrote, “Everyone should want a local/state investigation.” “It’s not happening for one reason,” he added. //// Longtime journalist Todd Hartman simply weighed in with, “My God.” //// Carla Marinucci, a veteran political writer, added, “Outrageous cover-up at the highest levels.” //// Political commentator Mark Bland additionally said, “Ooh this is bad. A STAND DOWN ORDER on the investigation of Renee Good from FBI DIRECTOR Kash Patel! Documented proof it happened. This Dept of Justice is not working in ‘good faith’ for the American people. That is their job.”

It’s not their job anymore. It was. Then Trump returned. Now the job of the DoJ is to try to prosecute people for Trump’s Revenge Tour. They don’t give a damn about the fact that someone has died. They just have to make sure they don’t contradict Trump in a statement. Since Trump always lies about these things, it’s best to wait to comment until he’s actually made his. The actual job is secondary. What a melancholy thought.

Friends, I know everyone begs you for money. I promise that among all those asking for spare change, we are the smallest and the hardest-working. We’re a group of old, disabled people, except for one writer in his mid-50s. The rest of us are in our sixties and seventies, and this is a labor of love. All we’re asking for is the chance to keep telling the truth about Trump and help ensure democracy survives. If you can help, please do. Thank you. Ursula
