JURY: Trump NOT A “Rapist,” But He IS A “Sexual Predator” UPDATED With Trump Response

When it takes less that three hours for a jury to deliberate, normally that isn’t a good thing for the defendant. And it took the jury just under three hours to wash its hands of Donald Trump.

Here’s the damage report in brief. On the critical count of civil rape, the jury found Trump Not Guilty. But in the second count, Sexual assault or sexual battery, The jury nailed Trump with a verdict of Guilty. In fact,   the rape charge was the only one that went Trump’s way, he was guilty on all other counts, including Defamation. 

I won’t bore you with all the details, mainly because I don’t have them all, but the compensation part was complicated. It was broken down to compensation and punitive damages for the sexual assault, as well for the defamation charge. When it was all read in court, E Jean Carroll just nicked Traitor Tot for a cool $5 million.

I’ll have more to say about this later, probably after we get some kind of social media response from President Horndog, but this was a good day for Carroll, and yet another nail in the coffin of the defense strategy of victim shaming.

That didn’t take Mr. Octopus long, but then again standard bullsh*t rolls off of Trump’s tongue pretty easily these days.

I have absolutely no idea of who this woman even is! This decision is a disgrace, using the courts to score political points yada, yada, yada.
