If this isn’t prima facie evidence of an impending complete mental breakdown, then I don’t know what is. Donald Trump rolled out of bed on Sunday morning and he got on social media. Mary Trump says social media is his way of processing his feelings so we can conclude that the first thing on Donald’s mind when he awoke this morning was Jeffrey Epstein. And that makes perfect sense. Epstein is his Waterloo. But that’s not what Trump shared on Truth Social. Oh, no. He shared just the opposite. The Epstein debacle has provided him with approval ratings in his camp which are simply stellar. If this was true, then why is he calling his followers “losers” for not wanting to forget about Epstein?
No I don’t know what he means by “The General Election numbers are my highest.” The general election was in November. Those numbers are set in stone now, never to change, so who knows what he’s talking about. But his reference to “all of the many other things I have done” sounds like self stroking to me. There there, Donald, look at all the other things you’ve done? Maybe his inner voice says that to him. Before it says, “But no matter what, now Epstein’s coming from the grave to undo all that.”
And that gets us to the quintessential question, did Trump do anything to send Epstein to the grave? Because he certainly had motive, as evidenced by all the dirt coming out now about Ivana being Ghislaine Maxwell’s “best friend” and what a “sleazebag” Trump was, when he mistakenly thought that some young gal in Epstein’s office was there as an assignation to him.
That’s all the tip of the iceberg, most likely. It usually is. In all events, Trump does not want to release the Epstein files and his polls amongst MAGAs have not soared to 95% over this issue. He may have enjoyed that kind of popularity pre-Epstein crisis, but not now.
AÂ Wednesday Quinnipiac poll showed Republicans divided, with 40 percent saying they approved of the way the Trump administration is handling the Epstein files, while 36 percent said they disapproved and 24 percent did not give an opinion.
GOP voters were similarly divided in a Thursday Reuters/Ipsos poll, with 35 percent approving, 29 percent disapproving and the rest either saying they weren’t sure or omitting a response.
And Americans across the board are dissatisfied with Trump’s approach to the Epstein case. Only 17 percent of all respondents to the Quinnipiac poll said they approved of the administration’s handling of the Epstein files, compared to 63 percent who said they disapproved and 20 percent not offering an opinion.
The Reuters/Ipsos poll reflected similar numbers, with 17 percent of respondents saying they approved of Trump’s handling of the situation. And only 3 percent of adults in a Tuesday CNN/SSRS poll said that they were satisfied with the amount of information the government has released thus far on the case.
The schism within the GOP over the Epstein files appears to be forming between very conservative and more moderate Republicans.
I don’t know which “various polls” Donald has pulled 90+ percent approval from, but it’s none of these. That much is certain.

Even if there’s solid proof that Trump raped minors, Republicans in Congress and the courts (including SCOTUS) will find a way to protect him. Once Trump is gone from office, the GOP needs to be demolished. There’s no redemption for the party.

The polls Trump has cited in the 90th% are, as we know, straight out of his ass. I’d give my first born if someone would ask him ‘IF it was a hoax, why didn’t YOU release him from jail?
