An “R” behind your name doesn’t stand for Republican anymore, it stands for ridiculous. I would also say wretched, but that starts with “w.” Ask Steve Bannon how off the walls this is. He’s cronies with two of the Moon family sons, the same two, in fact, that joined in the January 6 insurrection where people were chanting, “Hang Mike Pence!” and “Fuck Mike Pence.” But Pence is okay with that, evidently. I guess we can surmise the almighty dollar is his true God that’s what folks have been saying about him all along. Raw Story:
Presidential candidate Mike Pence received $550,000 last year for speaking to an offshoot of the Unification Church, whose current leader is bitterly opposed to her gun-loving, Trump-supporting son who was close enough to the Jan. 6 insurrection to be tear-gassed.
Pence revealed the lucrative payday from the Universal Peace Federation in his financial disclosure report that was released Thursday and reviewed by Raw Story.
The UPF speech on February 13, 2022, paid more than twice as much as any of Pence’s other speaking engagements detailed in the filing. The former vice president under Donald Trump reported making $1.03 million from his three speeches in South Korea.
The Unification Church and UPF were founded by Rev. Sun Myung Moon — who died in 2012 at age 92 and was considered by adherents as the messiah — and his wife, Hak Ja Han Moon.
The Moons also own the Washington Times, a right-wing outlet, in addition to their gun manufacturing plant.
As a staunch anti-communist, Sun Myung Moon made connections with the right wing of American politics, founding the conservative Washington Times — an outlet Pence thanked in 2022, according to a transcript of last year’s UPF speech.
“I want to express my appreciation, especially to The Washington Times, a courageous voice for freedom in America, and frankly, around the world,” Pence said. “A voice for faith and family and liberty for all.”
A voice for faith and family and liberty for all. And gold plated AR-15 rifles. One of the Moon sons owns one and that picture has been in the Washington Times. And the Big Lie. They were sure big on promoting that. But Mike Pence doesn’t care. If the Moons want to line his pockets, he’ll say anything. This is how weak and characterless Pence really is.
Thank God this man has no shot to get in the White House. It will be a great day for America when he drops out of the race altogether.

Of course he forgave them, not because it’s the Christian thing to do, it’s because they gave him MONEY, which is the republican thing to do.
Money is the god of the xtians. They have proven this time and time again. They will continue to worship money until they die. The more fundamentalist they are, the more adulation they show to money.
True Spike of the hypocrites. However, I remember something about the Jews worshipping a golden calf while Moses was on the mountain talking to God…according to Moses. I have lost rich, Jewish friends, as technically a Jew myself, who wrote me off because they feel the Jews have a right to shoot unarmed Palestinians, and I DON’T. Hypocrisy isn’t limited to the so called Christians. The Jews are also covered in innocent blood.
