The big extravaganzas in Mike Lindell’s recent past have all come and gone. The cyber symposium flopped and now, just a few days ago, the 96-hour marathon flopped as well. Time to sweep up the sawdust and fold the tents. The circus is now closed.

The takeaway here is that Lindell has crumbled on offense because he has no case. Whatever his claims were, they have been incorporated in other pleadings in another case, presumably a cross-complaint where he offered a defense.
I don’t know, but I will be watching the Twitter feed of this guy, who is a successful lawyer.

This is going to be fascinating when it finally gets to court, if it ever does. If Lindell has a lick of sense he’ll negotiate some kind of a settlement which will leave him enough to either continue in business, or retire equitably. It’s either that or total self destruction and doom. It’s his call.
The timing of this is interesting as well. I think it’s very possible that Lindell held out hope that his 96-hour nothing burger was going to turn out to be a something burger, bringing him major attention, donations, etc. Now that that is over and a flop, he’s left with the lawsuits.
Give it up, Mike. Trump is a drug worse than crack and if you can’t see that, you are really headed for a bad spill.
