Tell me again now why the GOP just decided to roll over one day and give their assets and their entire institutional structure over to the care and keeping of a reality TV show clown? There was some *logic* to that at one point, wasn’t there? Or, maybe they don’t even know. What I’m waiting for is the turnaround that happened in Nazi Germany. When the Nuremburg trials were underway so many Nazis said that they weren’t really Nazis or that they were forced to pretend that they were Nazis. I can’t wait for the Trump-denying to happen en masse. That will be amusing. My favorite part of this clip is when the GOP is compared to a paranoid schizophrenic.

Now this is not an extreme view. Trump has gone on record saying he “hates” his opponents. He has gone on record saying America is a “nation in decline” and a “failing nation.” He has gone on record trashing all departments of government. The DOJ is out to get him, the FBI is out to get him, the special counsel, Jack Smith, is out to get him. Everybody is out to get him.
And J.D. Vance follows along with the childless cat ladies that he hates. J.D. is not exactly an expert at making friends and influencing people, like the old self help books used to tell you was so important. As a matter of fact, he seems naturally predisposed to do just the opposite.
Trump’s still trying to explain his “Black jobs” gaffe. Each day he digs his own hole deeper. It’s pretty much universally agreed that Trump has about one week, maybe two, to turn this entire shebang around or he will not be happy with the result. I wonder if he will make some last ditch effort and, if so, what it might look like?
Trump will stare at the sun … amongst other moronic things.

Only NOW they’re the party of hate? When the ‘pubes went down the anti-women reproductive healthcare road, they were in hate territory. They have hated p.o.c. since the dixie-crats left the dems and joined the ‘pubes. They have never hesitated in showing their hatred for the LGBTQ+ folks. Not white, con, xtian? You’re on their hate list too. And let’s not get into the teabaggers/freedumb caucus/magat group-if they like anything at all in this country you’d never know.
How the ‘pubes never got the “party of hate” moniker previous to trump is a mystery but “party of love, respect and tolerance” they have not been for decades-if they ever were.
Bob Dole, Eisenhower, Paul Simon ? There were (i repeat WERE) some really good people in that party once. Now? The only Repub I genuinely like is Mike Lawlor. A genuinely good soul from what I can see. But the rest? Alas.

On second thought, comparing Goebbels’ family photos to the current, “Miller”, in Trump’s former Oval Office, they look absolutely IDENTICAL, might explain how Trump has been kept in his bubble of ignorance … Ready to sign anything freaking, “Miller”, and the GOP losers needed for their obvious destruction of our Democracy …
