Well, well. It’s time for Team Trump to enforce it’s own ZERO TOLERANCE policy. Epstein co-conspirator and convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell once held dual British and French citizenship. Then she obtained U.S. citizenship. However, she lied on her application (about sex crimes of course) and no one checked her background thoroughly enough to catch it. So she obtained citizenship here too. However having lied on her paperwork she committed a FELONY and therefore could be de-naturalized. And Deported!
When I read about this on Raw Story my jaw dropped. If it was anyone else she’d be out of the country by now, most likely in the United Kingdom which would have arrested her upon arrival pending trial for some of her sex trafficking crimes that took place there. Over there they have no sympathy for Epstein associates and Maxwell’s association with Prince Andrew (she brought him at least one victim over there) would give the public a pound of flesh they want. Prince Andrew, disgraced as he is won’t go to jail. However while she might think she’s the equivalent of royalty she isn’t. I’d say the notorious Parkhurst prison on the Ilse of Wight could find a place for her!
Let’s go back to why Maxwell’s citizenship is, or rather should be in trouble. In documents filed in District Court in the Southern District of New York Maxwell claimed she hadn’t committed a crime or offense for which she was NOT arrested. Also that she hadn’t “been a prostitute, or procured anyone for prostitution.” Well, we know THAT isn’t true! Her Naturalization document was signed in Oct. 1995, yet she is convicted of sex crimes dating back to 1994. In other words she was committing sex crimes during the process of becoming a U.S. citizen. And it’s a matter of court record:
“From at least 1994, up to and including in or about 2004, GHISLAINE MAXWELL assisted, facilitated, and participated in Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse of minor girls by, among other things, helping Epstein to recruit, groom, and ultimately abuse victims known to MAXWELL and Epstein to be under the age of 18,” the DOJ said in a 2022 statement.
Here’s the question that should be put to Trump and Bondi every single day. If this was ANYONE else, any other person convicted by a jury of sex trafficking and other crimes would they still be naturalized citizens? Wouldn’t they have been immediately stripped of citizenship and been deported? Or at least prosecuted and imprisoned here? And NOT in some minimum security prison? We all know the answer. I’d say whatever Maxwell has on Trump is devastating for him. She’s got receipts safely tucked away and if anything happens to her like it did to Epstein Ronny Jackson will be helping Trump to painlessly shuffle off this mortal coil.
Again, Maxwell committed a FELONY. People are going to immigration offices every day for regular appointments, thinking they will be completing the Green Card or citizenship process. Instead they are taken into custody and deported! Half the time they have no criminal history at all. In a substantial number of other cases they might have old civil offenses, misdemeanors but not violent crimes or even felonies. THEY get whisked away and out of the country. Yet Maxwell, guilty of countless sex crimes against MINORS sits comfy in a minimum security prison and gets special treatment! By law it should be quite different. Obviously there’s the conviction for sex crimes. But now there’s this:
“Lying on an N-400 form is a serious federal offense,” one immigration attorney told Migrant Insider. “Material misrepresentations—especially about criminal conduct—can be grounds for revocation of citizenship and potential criminal prosecution for immigration fraud.”
Violating 18 U.S. Code § 1425 could result in 25 years in prison and denaturalization.
Somehow I’m certain that Trump, Miller and others in the administration who are zealous in their ZERO TOLERANCE attitude and policy will continue to be exceedingly tolerant when it comes to Maxwell’s immigration crime. So those of you adept on social media raise some hell with this. Ask your Trump supporting acquaintances about it online. Call them out about the hypocrisy. I have people I grew up with who shout CRIMINAL over someone guilty of what legally is called illegal entry and a civil offense for a first time offender. The penalty is roughly equivalent to that for a major speeding or reckless driving traffic ticket and that’s how it used to be handled. But these MAGA asshats SCREAM that such people are CRIMINALS.
Well, lying on your paperwork about sex crimes involving minors is an actual felony, as are the crimes themselves. Make them defend Trump’s coddling of Maxwell. Let’s blow this up on social media to a point where journalists don’t have a choice but to ask Trump and his folks about it!

Of course Team Drumpf won’t do anything. Drumpf just pardoned ex-football players who were convicted of DRUG crimes–including TRAFFICKING. (Don’t forget he also pardoned the ex-president of Honduras, IIRC, of HIS drug trafficking charges.) But, Drumpf is also out there having Venezuelan and Colombian boats blown up because of alleged drug trafficking and he’s got this major freak-out about drug traffickers destroying the country so one could say hypocrisy is the SOP for Drumpf and pardons.
Then again, Maxwell probably has LOADS of info on Drumpf’s little “friendship” with Epstein. That’s why she got moved to the minimum-security prison in the first place.
