Donald Trump’s threats are becoming so violent that one ex-prosecutor is calling for a gag order “that has teeth,” one that will shut him and his supporters up, as he continues to target Judge Arthur Engoron and others.
Former federal prosecutor Kristy Greenberg declared Wednesday that “enough is enough” after a recent court filing highlighted the “credible threats that have targeted Engoron, his law clerk, and staff as Trump’s civil fraud trial in New York continues, HuffPost reports.
Speaking with MSNBC’s Alex Wagner, Greenberg said it is way beyond time for a “gag order that has teeth” that “will be enforced” against the ex-president, adding “This is completely unacceptable.”
Right now Trump is unleashed because a gag order prohibiting him from targeting the judge and his staff is on pause after a New York Appellate Division judge found it “unconstitutional.” Trump has already been hit with $15,000 in fines after violating the order twice when it was in place.
The new filing, issued by Charles Hollon, of the state Public Safety Department’s Judicial Threats Assessment Unit, argued it’s time to reimpose the gag order because the threats are so dangerous.
Some are definitely scary and read:
“You should be not assassin executed. you should be executed. but on trial executed for your crimes,” said one.
This one is even worse:
“we are going to get you and anyone of you dirty, backstabbing, lying, cheating american.”
The next two are just as awful.
“Trust me when I say this. I will come for you. I don’t care. Ain’t nobody gonna stop me either.”
“Know that the blood runs red,” the last one said.
These threats are utter madness. Really. Trump is dangerously unhinged and more violence will result if he is allowed to keep running for president.
“The implementation of the limited gag orders resulted in a decrease in the number of threats, harassment, and disparaging messages that the judge and his staff received,” Hollon noted in the filing. “however, when Mr. Trump violated the gag orders, the number of threatening, harassing, and disparaging messages increased.”
These threats, he noted are unrelenting.
“On a daily basis, the judge and his staff are being inundated with hundreds of harassing and threatening phone calls, voicemail messages, and emails, that has resulted in the judicial threats assessments unit having to constantly reasses and evaluate what security protections to put in place to ensure the safety of the judge and those around him,” Hollon noted.
Greenberg detailed some of the messages that were listed as “vile” in the filing.
“The messages against the clerk were wishing for her death and demise, they are sickening,” she told wagner. “the worst part about it is in the affidavit … they found these were credible violent threats.”
Trump definitely manages to rile his supporters, she noted.
“Every time they found when Donald Trump opened his mouth and threatened and attacked these people, the threats went up, ” Greenberg explained. “And so, it just, enough is enough already. There just has to be a gag order that has teeth, that will be enforced, that’s going to shut him up and stop it. This is completely unacceptable.”
Trump knows his supporters, his minions, will do his bidding any time he thinks he’s being “wronged.”
We all found that out on January 6, 2021, and this must never be allowed again. Because if Trump has his way, it will happen.
The judges who keep him on the street are POS, who don’t give a rat’s ass since THEY aren’t the ones in the crosshairs.

A manifesto by the shooter 2019 mass shooting In Plano TX echoed Trump’s rhetoric against immigrants. A group of Trump.supporters plotted to.kidnap.Governor Whitmer. His supporters are unhinged and willing to take Fat Donor’s words literal.
The judges on the appellate that stayed the gag order will have blood on their hands if anyone is harmed as a result of their arrogant ruling. We must never let anyone forget that.
