I marvel that anybody would vote for Donald Trump, but it makes sense that racist, rednecks would. That part of it I get. I don’t need it explained to me. And I also get that a certain kind of male, an insecure incel type, who thinks that misogyny and male domination should be the natural order of things votes for Trump. That also makes sense. But that a Black man (or woman) would vote for Trump, particularly a young Black person with their lives ahead of them? I do not get that for the life of me. All I can say to that demographic is dudes and dudettes, you better wake up. You better watch this video that Don Winslow just put together.

Trump has not changed except to get worse. He thought nothing of insulting Black reporters on the White House lawn. He talks about his superior genes at rallies, the same rallies where he calls Kamala Harris “dumb.” The man is a racist. And he’s a woman hater. He doesn’t hide it.
Why any POC who would vote for Trump is truly like a chicken voting for Colonel Sanders. And I’m not letting the white women off the hook, believe me. I don’t claim to understand that one either. I know the statistics from 2020 and 2016 as well as you do. I cannot fathom them.
I am encouraged by the images of women marching for Kamala. I am encouraged by much of what I have seen in this election since Harris entered the race. Because I have never seen an election this crucial and the first presidential election that I voted in was 1972. The first one that I remember happening was 1960.

Not sure I understand your question.
This is not news: it was well-reported back when he was running in 2015-16. I don’t know what share of the male black vote he received in that election but this knowledge has been out there, and remarked upon, in the 2020 election as well as this one. Any black men who are still thinking about voting for trump are going to do so in spite of this fact.
Stupid comes in black as well as white…and every other human skin color for that matter.
