Social media is a strange thing. Its upside is that it unites us in times of crisis, giving us an immediate bulletin board to the rest of the world, such as in the case of dire weather conditions, amber alerts and the like. Its downside is that it provides a platform for every stripe of degenerate and loser that you can imagine to ply their wares. As you’ve heard, the Friday night news dump for this week is a non news item. It’s about an admitted professional troll posted an admitted joke on Facebook about a juror in the Trump hush money trial misbehaving and triggering a mistrial for Trump. Here is a very short “reel” if you will, of this troll’s account.

This is what Donald Trump, and the GOP by extension, are hoping will make their world bright again and restore Trump to the status he had prior to May 30, 2024 of being an alleged felon. But alas, this isn’t going to cut it. Trump is still a convicted felon, he will still show up for sentencing on July 11 and the GOP will still pretend that something else altogether is really happening in the world.

Tragic but true. This is where the GOP has fallen to. If your hope for a mistrial lies in the hands of the guy who created these other visceral trolls for social media, lots of luck is all I can say.

Now as tasteless and obscene as the professional shitposts you just witnessed were, they weren’t as tasteless as this.

The founding fathers are indeed rolling in their graves, realizing that a feckless twit like you, Speaker Johnson, now holds the gavel. For now.

You see? We have our resources, too. Well, let’s see what’s next. Last week we found out that Joe Biden had formed a plot to assassinate Trump and authorized the use of deadly force when the FBI was executing a search warrant at Mar-a-Lago — knowing full well that Trump was over 1,200 miles away at Trump Tower. And watching the “raid” on closed circuit cameras. If Trump knew anything about search warrants he would have known that this is standard boilerplate language in all of them. But hey — he was able to fundraise off it. That’s why the likes of Mike Johnson, Kevin McCarthy and the rest genuflect to him. And I just found this. This is “major breaking news” on Newsmax — shared by none other than you know who, the exposer of Jewish space lasers and other menaces to mankind.

Who knows what we’ll have next week? We’ll just have to wait and see.

  2. The word “sham”, when not used in a sentence describing bedding, ought to always have a proper name of a magat following it. Much like an adverb modifies a verb, another adverb, etc. so too should sham modify a magat’s proper name. Example: Marjie Kooky Pants T.G. is a sham representative from GA. Any other uses of the word “sham” indicate a lack of basic vocabulary and grammar knowledge.
