Friends, once again we need to do a wellness check on the state of the site.
A newsletter was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. PDT, but it launched instead at 2:30 a.m. PDT. I was told that it went out in batches of one thousand. Can I hear from people who got it or didn’t get it?
Also, how many of you are in love with email notifications? Personally, I prefer the pop up. We tried email notifications here last week and it crashed the site. Each notification went out ten times or something like that and ka-plowey, dead on the tracks once again.
I also noticed just today that the uprate/downrate buttons had been disabled and I asked for that function to be restored.
Talk to me. Let me know what works, doesn’t work, what you’ve gotten, etc. We have another email set to launch Sunday morning, at a more civilized hour.
My only concern is that we stay on the internet and we keep chugging forward. Where there’s life, there’s hope.

Hi Ursula, I’m in Far North Queensland, Australia, and am happy to receive your ‘tomes’ in any form, by whatever method, at any time of day, since my time zone is so far out of whack with yours the time received is irrelevant. No, I did not receive the Newsletter you mentioned. In terms of preference, I have none, since I have become used to going directly to the Politizoom website to check for new, unread material.

I got a 2 daily emails about 5 days ago, then they stopped ( very ok w/ me!, I check the site first thing every day ) This posting I’m responding to came to my computer in CA mid morning Today 9/26. That might be Google Chrome ( ?? ). Hope that helps
I received the newsletter, but it went to my junkmail folder. Also I prefer the pop-up notices of new posts. Thank you for all you do.
I received what I think must be the newsletter yesterday at 5:24 a.m., thank you, although it’s not actually called “newsletter” in the subject line or anywhere else. It is a roundup of links to the week’s posts, which I’d already read.
