Tucker Carlson’s lawyers may have won a case against him by arguing that Fox “News” was entertainment and that the Sidney Powell defense applied, i.e. that nobody sane would take him seriously, but lines have been crossed recently with respect to both the Capitol riot and the coronavirus pandemic.

Carlson saw his way fit to criticize members of the Capitol Police force and they’re not all lying down and letting the fish stick trust fund baby roll over them.

It seems to me that righ-Wingnuttia is cutting off its nose to spite its face, but maybe there is some pivot that is going to save the day here. I don’t see it, but I’m keeping an eye out for it.

The way things stand now, this officer will testify and he assuredly won’t be the only one. So Fox News is going to have the choice of demonizing the entire Capitol Police force as socialists/commies/slur du jour, or they’re going to be exposed for the seditionist liars that they are.

  3. How was Cucker Tarlson EVER on MSNBC or PBS? I know CNN likes to do both sides, but how did the other two get taken in enough to have him on? Admittedly I’ve only been watching MSNBC a few years, since I retired, so I don’t know what it was like before that. I don’t watch during the day, just in the evening with Rachel, Lawrence and Brian Williams (when he’s not in Dem bashing/Dems in Disarray mode, which he has been since getting back from vacation). It would be wonderful to see Tucker, the slimy little weasel, get his just deserts, and I’m not talking creme brulee’.

  4. Carlson is right, nobody sane does take him seriously, but that’s beside the point. Insane people are the ones that take him seriously, and in that way he exploits them for his own nefarious ends and to the detriment of the country. This must stop.
