I’m sure you know the old saying a prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich. Of course, when that saying came about long before “Judge’ turned Fox Personality Jeanine Pirro became the U.S. Attorney for DC. You might have read about her triple-face-plant in trying and FAILING not once but THREE times to get a grand jury to indict a guy for throwing a ham sandwich at one of Trump’s goons.  And the hits keep coming. I’m sure Trump was pi$$ed about the ham sandwich thing but Pirro’s latest failure is something he’ll take personally.

As this article from The Daily Beast tells us a woman from Indiana allegedly threatened Trumpty’s life. She even attended a protest in DC where apparently she didn’t break any laws. Still, talking smack on social media was enough for Pirro to try and charge the woman with threatening to kill her Orange Painted Turd-God Emperor.  The grand jury effectively threw not a Subway sandwich but a ‘Ham Sandwich’ back in Pirro’s face. (One hopes it was wrapped in a note to eat it before consuming her next box of wine!). Will she try again? After all she tried three times to get an indictment against Subway Sandwich guy but after THAT humiliation maybe she’ll just move on. Assuming Trump didn’t melt her phone screamik

“Judge Jeanine” Pirro has failed to secure yet another federal indictment—this time over an Indiana woman accused of threatening to kill President Donald Trump.

In another blow for the Fox News host-turned-U.S. Attorney for D.C., a Grand Jury has refused to indict Nathalie Jones, 50, who had allegedly branded the president as a “Nazi” and made threatening comments against him on social media.

She can only hope Trump has been so focused on getting himself to a point where he can take questions for a while to prove he’s not dead to have noticed this.  Not that the “threats” were something that he (or the Secret Service) have to actually worry about. Some quick checking by the Secret Service which has long had the unenviable task of checking out threats including all the crap on social media would have quickly shown this was just another critic of another President (in this case Trump) blowing off smoke, shooting off their mouth or to put it in term’s I’d use ‘talking sh*t).  Log it and move on.

However this is the Trump administration and if there’s one thing Pirro wants more than her next box of wine it’s for Trump to take a shine to her – dump “Melanie” and make her First Lady. (Sorry for creating the need for Brain Bleach imagining THAT pairing)  The linked article details the things Nathalie Rose said that led to her arrest when she went to DC to take part in a peaceful protest.  As I’ve indicated to me it was all nothing more than trash talk. Ill-advised given Trumpty-Dumpty was on the receiving end but just hot-air. The grand jury agreed.

As for Pirro trying again it seems she was inclined to do so. It wasn’t mentioned by the Daily Beast but I saw over the weekend Pirro motion denying approved, but it was overturned by Chief DC District Judge James Boasberg.  Judge Boasberg ordered her release under the conditions of wearing electronic monitoring and undergoing psychiatric evaluation/care back home in Lafayette, Indiana. That means IF Pirro somehow is able to convince a different grand jury to return a True Bill (indictment) she’ll have to go through the hassle of extraditing Rose who I’m sure will resist.  I’m sure she’ll get the money she needs for better lawyers than Pirro is via GoFundMe!

For now Judge Box-O-Wine is, well WHINING. About DC elites and not taking crime in the District and threats against Trump seriously. Perhaps “Judge” they are more concerned with the threats Trump poses both to our country and the free world than to indulge him getting petty payback on some person out there who said mean things about him? Oh well, between her failure to “get” Subway Slinger Sean Dunn and now this she felt the need to unburden herself at her old haunting grounds:

“You know, there are a lot of people who sit on juries and they live in, you know, they live in Georgetown or in northwest or in some of these better areas and they don’t see the reality of crime that is occurring,” she told “Fox News Sunday” host Shannon Bream when asked about Dunn’s case.

Pirro added that DC residents are “so used to crime… that they don’t even care about whether or not the law is violated.”

“[It] is the very essence of what my problem is in DC,” she lamented.

How about some cheese with that Whine/Wine ‘Judge’ Jeanine? I referred to Pirro’s old HAUNTING grounds. Frankly she needs to take a break from boxed wine for a couple of days to clear her head. Do some actual thinking. Common sense would tell her to keep as low a profile as possible and hope what competent professionals are left under her command get a significant win or two on some non-Trump case. She can then “declare victory” in “cleaning up the DC U.S. Attorney’s Office” and take her haunting back to Fox Nooz where she’ll get paid a whole lot more money.  If she keeps face-planting even Fox won’t want her back!

  1. I commented in another article earlier today about Ms. Pirro’s earlier positions, and have to make a correction here. She was elected to a local judgeship in Westchestr County, NY, in 1990, and won election to Westchester County DA in 1993, where she served until 1999. Whether it was alcoholic beverage indulgence or political bias that caused her to be ineffective 25 gears later, the results are the same.
