A manly man doesn’t try to destroy anyone who doesn’t agree with him; doesn’t insult those with disabilities; doesn’t degrade other men’s wives. This list of what a manly man doesn’t do that TFG does is too long but the point is, these are all the things that bullies do and being a bully is NOT manly. The right wing is so confused!
As much as I mock all of this, it stops being funny after a while. How can so many people be confused about what a “man” is? As you so succinctly point out, a man is not a bully. A man doesn’t insult other men’s wives. And a man doesn’t cheat in business, defraud workers, lie to the IRS on and on.

If “strong men” believe they’re being stripped of their masculinity, why aren’t they doing a better job of defending it? They always seem to look for a scapegoat.
I’ve known some men in my life that I would label “strong” and none of them declared bankruptcy six times or were credibly accused of rape, or any of it. Trump’s a complete mess. Anybody who thinks otherwise needs to evaluate their value system.

If the election was stolen, why were 60 lawsuits alleging that “fact” thrown out, dismissed, or otherwise deemed unsubstantiated? I worked all 4 days of my state’s in-person voting, and the only slightly hinky stuff I saw was on the part of Trump supporters. As for the speech, of which I was blissfully unaware until today, I would be willing to posit that there is nothing I could do or say to disabuse you of its veracity. Trump supporters, in my experience, tend toward paternalistic authoritarianism. However, I will ask you to consider that “ripping apart people who are [perceived to be] weak” is not the flex you think it is.
