This is definitely getting old. They are doing the same crap and have made the news again. They’re proving they’re still out of control. Why isn’t there anyone keeping a watch on all these “incidents” when people are *killed*? Well, ICE agents might have faded from view, but now they’re back. These yahoos need someone to keep them in line. Why haven’t they bothered to keep someone with training and experience guiding groups of agents and keeping them under control? Political critics were outraged on Monday after the Trump administration’s Department of Homeland Security released a statement attempting to justify its latest killing. ICE agents shot and killed a 26-year-old motorist who is reportedly from Colombia while he was driving in Biddeford, Maine. The agency said in a later statement that the individual was not the person they were targeting for a warrant, which led to protests outside of Sen. Susan Collins’s (R-ME) office. The Maine killing was the second in a string of high-profile killings by ICE in recent weeks. ICE agents also shot and killed a 52-year-old immigrant outside of Houston while conducting a traffic stop.
We call bullsht. We say what the eff. They are *still* killing innocent people. What can be done about this? Was there any video? Were the agents outfitted with bodycams, and had them turned on? It’s time for some of these hoodlums to be brought up on charges of murder, because that’s what it is. He wasn’t who they were looking for! What the hell is going *on* here? They apparently don’t give a damn if it gets out to the news. They’ve all seen that nothing happens to them, so they feel free to kill anyone they want. There are no guardrails.
DHS attempted to set the record straight in a post on X. “On July 13, 2026, at approximately 7:00 AM ET, ICE was conducting targeted surveillance on the last known address of an illegal alien with a final order of removal,” the statement reads in part. “An illegal alien departed the residence in a vehicle. ICE law enforcement attempted to conduct a vehicle stop. The vehicle attempted to flee the scene, and, fearing for public safety, an officer discharged his weapon. The driver of the vehicle was struck, and emergency services were immediately contacted. He passed away from his injuries.”
Discharged his weapon. That phrase covers a lot of gray area. The man died. There was no reason he did this. It must have been another like in Minneapolis, where a new agent had a twitchy trigger finger. Or it was someone who enjoys killing and decided to make an example of the man, which is extremely disturbing to even consider. Yet the official explanation is out there. Someone worked really fast to try and spin this to get the “immigrants” are dangerous” bullsht schtick. Like all the others (that we know of – there have to be more) and the shootings that were NOT fatal, there is not enough coverage of this. There is not enough control over these people.

They shot and killed a father in front of his wife and child simply because he drove away,” Jon Favreau, co-host of “Pod Save America” and a former Obama administration staffer, posted on X. //// “It appears that Trump‘s Department of Homeland Security just admitted to homicide in Maine. They literally just said that they shot the guy for fleeing the scene with a three-year-old. Did they actually think this makes things better?” Brian Krassenstein, a political commentator, posted to his nearly 1 million X followers. //// “WHOA DHS does not say that the agent feared for his life… just the vague concern for “public safety.” So he killed him just because he did not want him in America, not because of any specific threat to agents?” David J. Bier, director of the Cato Institute’s immigration center, posted on X.
BOOM. There it is. “They did not want him in America”. That sounds about right for ICE/CBP. They don’t want the people in America. How can they be so afraid of a man who had his wife and three-year-old in the car? How can they be so afraid of immigrants? And how could they be so afraid of Americans? It must be something to be so afraid in the first place? All these people who are so hair-trigger say to us that there is a problem. At a guess, there’s (still) very, very little training. We heard about that earlier this year. So, what’s the solution? Is there a solution? Training would help. Having a knowledgeable and calm leader would help. Background checks and *waiting for the results* would help. Getting a muzzle on Stephen Miller would *definitely* help. But what is the final answer?

Is it time to take away their guns? Every agent hired since Jan. 20, 2025 must undergo actual police force training. Every agent must have a psychological assessment. Any agent who doesn’t wear and turn on his body cam is immediately fired. It’s high time we get some real accountability from ICE and CBP. I know others can add to these requirements. The funding is there and is being wasted on a PAC of losers/killers/thugs instead of being spent to help everyday people with their needs to survive and thrive.
