This is worth listening to for two reasons: One, to ascertain the truth, if Ken Paxton is really saying that 2.5 million people were disenfranchised in Texas in 2024 and two, to see if he’s got his eyes on the same kind of behavior for 2026, 2028, and so on. This is frightening, but not when you consider the source.
Texas AG Ken Paxton said yesterday that if he hadn’t been successful with lawsuits to block mail-in ballots, Trump definitely would have lost the election in Texas. pic.twitter.com/2dVDiEAY1L

Is that not enough to raise the hair on your head? Republicans hate mail-in ballots because they cut long lines and waiting. What kind of voter suppression does Paxton have planned for the midterms?
Just by the by Larry Sabato’s Crystal Ball has moved the Paxton race from Likely Republican (when John Cornyn was the candidate) to Leans Republican. Paxton may not be as hot at the ballot box as he seems to think.

Well, I’ve got a question for Mr Paxton: If those alleged ballots were NOT opened (which would be the ONLY way to know who received those votes), then HOW can he make such an absurd claim? And if the ballots WERE opened and not counted, then Paxton’s setting himself up for a MAJOR lawsuit for committing ELECTION FRAUD.
Paxton doesn’t take a good picture. He always looks like a doofus, with the open mouth.
