Methinks the man doth protest too much as Shakespeare gets mangled. It’s not going to work. The report is out, and he can do nothing about it. Too bad for him. If he had thought about what he was doing, and *didn’t* do anything in said report. Sorry not sorry, Kra$h. He’s been busted. FBI Director Kash Patel repeated his vow to file a lawsuit against The Atlantic on Sunday following the magazine’s explosive report about Patel’s alleged behavior that has “alarmed” colleagues. Citing insiders both in and close to the FBI, The Atlantic reported Friday that Patel’s “excessive drinking” and “unexplained absences”had “alarmed colleagues.”
The FBI director appeared on Fox News on Sunday to fiercely refute the allegations. “I’m happy to announce on your show that we are not going to take this lying down. You want to attack my character? Come at me, bring it on, I’ll see you in court,” Patel said, speaking with Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo.
He’s going to file a lawsuit because he was embarrassed in front of the world. We’ve seen the reports of him in Vegas. We’ve seen the pictures of him drinking. The Atlantic just confirmed it. He’s a major screwup and can’t admit it. He’s done a really poor job as FBI director, and we’ve seen him fail. We couldn’t miss it. How about the nonsense of not sharing information for the murderers of Renee Good and Alex Pretti? Their “investigations” are only going to lead to coverups.
“We have to fight back against the fake news. It’s one of the many things that President Trump is so successful at in leading out on, because no one is attacked as baselessly as he is, and as much as he is. I won’t tolerate their attacks on me because they are indirect attacks on the men and women of the FBI that we cleaned up.” Patel told Bartiromo that he would be filing a lawsuit against The Atlantic on Monday, suing the magazine for defamation.
Hmmm, do you think he’s trying to be like Trump with the fake news nonsense he’s spouting, so he won’t get fired? He’s already on the hot seat, along with Petey Boy Hegseth. The report embarrassed Trump as much as it did Patel, because Trump chose him to lead the FBI, and anything they do reflects on Trump. We’re just waiting for a Trump explosion. He’ll either protect Kra$h or kick him to the curb. “Fake news” is tired and old. Filing a lawsuit is also tired and old. Repetition is *really* tired and old.
Patel did not share details to vindicate himself against the allegations leveled against him, but did launch into a lengthy critique of media outlets, calling them the “fake news Mafia.” “If the fake news mafia wants to ring their drums as loud as they can, they’re never going to stop me from completing the mission that President Trump asked me to do, which is safeguarding America, and we’re doing it better than ever before,” Patel said.
Hmmm again. He didn’t vindicate himself. That says a whole lot about that report. It appears that the report is actually true. He wasted time bloviating and babbling a la Trump. Fake news Mafia. I like that. It’s catchy. It’s also funny coming from him. He’s just parroting Trump’s style. It’s not going to work for him. It doesn’t work for Trump.
Did you notice the bit about cleaning up the men and women of the FBI? In English, that means firing people who did anything against Trump. Plus, a lot of people just left. Patel is still bleeding talent and experience. That’s a big, big mistake. It’s going to, if it hasn’t already, hurt the FBI. So, we’ve seen the report, and we heard his babbling, if anyone made it all the way through. Bluntly, he is in a LOT of trouble. Unless he has an explanation for Trump, he’ll be fired soon. Good.
