Donnie We Hardly Knew Ye (Until Now)

This just gets more and more entertaining. Trump is not having a good day. Trump is *really* not having a good day. The Epstein saga has broken the internet again, and this one is all about Donnie. He hasn’t learned yet, and probably never will, that the more he flails about, the more we know he is *in* those damn files. And now he can blame the House Oversight Committee for this one, if he dares. From Raw Story:

One particular email exchange included in the House Oversight Committee’s recent release of 20,000 pages of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein has resulted in an online frenzy, with questions circulating as to who a mysterious “Bubba” could be, who, according to the email, is suggested to have performed sexual acts with President Donald Trump. “What’s your boy Donald up to now?” wrote Mark Epstein, Jeffrey Epstein’s brother, in March of 2018.

There we have the setup. What is he up to now? You have to know that this is going to be something considering the way it starts off. (And Trump says he wasn’t friends with Epstein. Heh.) Trump says a lot of things, 99% of which are untrue. He’ll really be trying to cover up, redirect, all the usual Trump things, because this is *definitely* something he wouldn’t want to come out, that is, if he remembers it at all anymore in his dementia days.

“All good. Bannon with me,” Epstein responded, presumably referencing Steve Bannon, Trump’s former White House chief of staff. //// “Ask him if [Russian President Vladimir] Putin has the photos of Trump —-ing Bubba?” Mark Epstein wrote back, making reference to oral sex. //// “And I thought I had tsuris,” Jeffrey Epstein wrote back, with “tsuris” being a Yiddish word for “troubles” or “woes” according to the Oxford Dictionary. //// The internet quickly erupted over the email, demanding to know who the mysterious “Bubba” was, who was being referenced by Epstein’s brother.

There are a number of people who could be Bubba, but how do you figure out which one it is? Or if it’s someone not in the news of any sort? Good grief, all sorts and all kinds of people were associated with Epstein. It could have been someone with a lot of money and completely un-newsworthy, unlikely as that possibility is. And you could create all sorts of conspiracy theories, too, which would be fun but, in the end, pointless.

“Who else wants to know who ‘bubba’ is because Donald Trump is accused of performing oral sex on him?” wrote Ed Krassenstein, a pro-Democratic Party political commentator, in a social media post on X Friday. //// “Um…. WHAT?!?” wrote X user “Maine,” a political commentator who describes themselves as a “radical centrist” who’s amassed more than 101,000 followers. //// “Bubba,” however, is a well-known nickname for former President Bill Clinton, who was also dubbed the “Comeback Kid.” Trump was once a fierce defender of Clinton, calling his first impeachment “nonsense” in 2008, with the two of them having been long-time friends who frequently played golf together.

We can still say that Clinton would be unlikely, since it has essentially been proven that he had nothing to do with Epstein. They could have met at some shindig. But, the affair when he was the President or not, Epstein’s things really don’t seem like his style. Clinton did some good things for this country, and that’s the reason I like him. Trump, on the other hand, has done nothing but BAD things to this country, and it started way back with the “birther” crap. It was desperate then, and he’s even more desperate now. Who is Bubba?
