This woman does not need to be in any position of power. She doesn’t need to be in any position, including being a lawyer, because she lost the case for Trump, and the appeal is not going well. Political analysts and commentators slammed a social media post on Sunday by Alina Habba. Last week, President Donald Trump ordered flags to be lowered to half-staff in the wake of conservative activist Charlie Kirk’s assassination. While the order applies to federal properties, some conservatives have called on private citizens to comply with Trump’s order as well. “Flags were ordered to be lowered by the President of the United States. Lower. Your. Flags,” Habba’s post reads.
She is telling private citizens to lower their flags. Trump doesn’t have the power to do that. Federal buildings, yes. But in people’s homes? My eyes are rolling back in my head and coming up lemons. No, lady, you can’t demand that. She got skewered for it. And it’s beautiful. (And what the hell was Trump thinking about making her a different location AG, for someone who really isn’t that important in the scheme of things? I call bullshizzle.)

Busted! Aw, yea, she gets hammered (again) and it’s glorious. How did she become a lawyer? She should at least know about this! There are certain things that the federal government cannot dictate to private citizens like you and me. She’s an airhead. She doesn’t seem to be able to hold onto any knowledge. She is embarrassing herself and really ought to know better, especially since she does it so often.

That burn is getting worse. Anyone and everyone who saw her post agrees that she’s an idiot. Emil Bove managed to get confirmed to a lifetime position, and I’m *still* furious. He lost a Trump court case, too. Habba couldn’t get confirmed in her first AG position. I’ll bet she’s not going to get confirmed for the one in DC. Trump will have to find another “acting” AG position for her, and then it will be the same story, different day. She’s only good for entertainment, and not much else.
Friends, I know everybody begs you for money. I promise you that of all of the outlets bugging you for spare change, we are the smallest and the hardest working. We’re a bunch of old, disabled people, except one writer in his mid-50s. But the rest of us are in our sixties and seventies, and this is a labor of love. Sorry to be a nit-picker, but she’s an acting US attorney, not an AG. I suspect she’s making these statements to please Donold, whether or not she knows better.

The answer to the question in the title is a resounding NO. Alas, when Trump turned the iconic Rose Garden into a WH version of the Mar A Lago patio he neglected to include a small pool. Since she can’t go strutting around it in a bikini Habba has to resort to dumbass statements to get attention.
