I am going to be forever grateful to Jimmy Fallon for coming up with that name combination. It will amuse me for a long, long time.

But seriously what is UP with those two? Forgive me, but it’s creepy and a bit nausea inducing. WHY is Elon in meetings with foreign diplomats? Or Ambassadors? Or meeting Zelenskyy? Or going to Paris for the reopening of Notre Dame? I don’t think Elon actually OWNS a suit. Probably rented the tux we’ve seen him wear in pictures. Oh, wait, he wore one to a meeting of Congress, or at least had one on in the Capitol Building. (And wtf with bringing his son to whatever he was doing? That’s … tacky. Cute kid but he has one of the weird names and I would think he’d want to change that as soon as he possibly could. Hell, I’d gtf out and away as soon as I could manage and disappear.) So, he obviously has a suit but I’ll bet it smells like mothballs. Ew. He wears things that are totally inappropriate for these events. I guess if you’re the richest man on the planet you can wear what you want, but geez.

I’m also pretty sure there’s a lot of WTF (except politely) going on in a LOT of heads besides those of us here in the US! This makes LESS than NO sense. So is Elon Co-President, or President, or Prime Minister, or just the Mango Messiah‘s enforcer….. who knows. But it’s a cause for concern for a bunch of people. Is everyone going to be primaried if they disagree with tRump the slightest bit? Because they’re going to need Democrat help as it is, and NOTHING will get done. From the little I’ve read they actually had a pretty good bipartisan document set up, and for some reason the Orangutan decided to tank it and then Elon spammed the universe on Xitter to tank it, and threatened people, and so they end up with a *severely* reduced CR that only lasts for 3 months and they have to do it all again. A certain orange someone is probably irked he didn’t get his debt ceiling change either. Well, if you threaten people, it really doesn’t lead to them WANT to do things for you. At least something finally passed.

So yo, Elonald, what IS the deal with the two of you?

  1. From an earlier post: best to spell “Xitter” as “SXitter”. As was pointed out, phonetically correct given the Chinese pronunciation of “X”. Pass it on.

  2. “Because they’re gong to need Democrat help as it is, and NOTHING will get done.”

    Susan, Susan, Susan.

Either “Because they’re going to need Democratic help” or “Because they’re going to need help from (the) Democrats.” (Note: The parentheses around “the” reflects the word is not absolutely necessary in the situation.)

“Democrat” is NOT an adjective. It’s a NOUN. The word in a generic sense (not capitalized*) simply means “a person who believes in or supports the ideals of a democracy” but in a specific sense (normally capitalized) generally refers to person who belongs to a political party that ostensibly supports the ideals of a democracy (in the US, this would be simply a “Democrat” but in other countries could be a “Liberal Democrat” or a “Social Democrat” or a “Christian Democrat”).

“Democratic” is ALWAYS an adjective. Its use in a generic sense (not capitalized) is a description of anything that upholds or affirms the principles and/or values of a democracy (e.g., “The Founding Fathers generally believed that democratic values applied to all people” or “The revolutionaries were guided by a move towards democratic principles”) while in a specific sense (capitalized) is used as a description of a person or a political party (e.g., “The Democratic Senator took to the floor to argue the bill’s merits” or “the Democratic Party’s national convention”; in other countries, a “Liberal Democrat” would be a member of the “Liberal Democratic Party” and a “Social Democrat” would be a member of the “Social Democratic Party” and there are some countries with political parties that lead with “Democratic”–there are also countries which use “Democratic” as part of their official names whether the country actually adheres to democratic principles or not, such as “the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea”).

The conflation of the two terms is Republican propaganda started by Newt Gingrich and it’s ABHORRENT for anyone who supports the Democratic Party to ever fall in that trap. (Gingrich purposely began saying “Democrat Party” to highlight “rat” and, after Fox “News” started up, the network and its reprehensible “talent” began using the term, thereby infecting countless millions with the lie.)

  3. “So yo, Elonald, what IS the deal with the two of you?”

Probably the only type of gay fanfic that MAGAts would wholeheartedly enjoy reading.

The rest of us? Let’s just say that, thankfully, we gay folks are far less interested in the sexual activity of straight people (whether it’s straight sex or “on the DL” gay sex) than the other way round. The simple thought of Trump or Musk without clothing is really nauseating.
