Devin Nunes wears a great many hats. Some days he’s known for his dairy farming, other days for his litigiousness (be glad you’re not a digital cow) other days he’s a vintner, crafting what we are told are “great wines” with Donald Trump’s likeness on the label. But all these pale in comparison to Nunes’ newest dignity, which is to report to his master how the intelligence organizations in the country are doing. Whut? Oh, yes. It’s another one of those tweets where you have to verify that it’s real because it’s so off the walls. But this is real.
JHC!!
Trump should just publicly appoint Putin and be done with the cutesy underhanded crap!

Ahem. So let’s see if we’ve got it straight. The 17 intelligence agencies in the country, if they want to get a clean bill of health, so to speak, have to go through Devin Nunes. What could go wrong?

Now there is another possibility here. Trump may be giving Nunes a job because Truth Social has not been a healthy business concern for quite some time now. Although Elon Musk or some other well heeled Trump crony could conceivably buy the thing and keep it running.
But what’s the point? Trump and Elon are the best of buds, (they’re practically housemates) Trump has two accounts on Twit/X which run just fine and Trump can basically say or do anything he wants to on Musk’s platform, unlike when it was under the old management and Jack Dorsey bounced Trump, Mike Lindell and a lot of people for disinformation about the January 6 riot and the alleged *stollen election.*
Truth Social is just one of many Trump enterprises which is up in the air. And it could become solvent. Granting for the sake of argument that Trump intends to pillage the public coffers, Truth Social might end up doing very well indeed. It won’t be through stock prices, however, those have gone down for some time. And as Economist Trump would tell you, “when prices go down, it’s hard to get them back up again, you know?”
Trump knows all too well. He’s bankrupted businesses, including a casino, which is difficult to bankrupt since it’s a cash business. But Trump managed to do it and then declare personal bankruptcy six times. Either the no information, low information people don’t hear about this or maybe they just don’t care. The way they see it, Trump lives in a palace with gold toilets and his model wife, so everything’s got to be perfect.
One more theater of combat to keep an eye on in the years ahead, Devin and the intelligence agencies.

The President’s Intelligence Advisory Board.
Oxymoronic AND moronic.
Though, since it’s Trump, you could probably convince him that a plank of wood is just as good as a board.
As far as I know, Trump has never declared personal bankruptcy. Can anyone document that?
Google it! It’s EASY. Examining Donald Trump’s Chapter 11 Bankruptcies
American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) https://www.abi.org › feed-item › examining-donald-tr…Trump has filed for business bankruptcy four times: the Trump Taj Mahal in 1991, Trump Plaza Hotel in 1992, Trump Hotels and Casinos Resorts in 2004 and Trump … House.govhttps://docs.house.gov › meetings › HMKP-116-J…PDF How Trump’s Casino Bankruptcies Screwed His Workers …
Not personal bankruptcy, just bankruptcy for those businesses. Doesn’t touch him personally.
I feel.sorry for Devin Mines’ cows because he will be too busy running Truth Social and evaluating intelligence to have time for Elsie and Bossie.
