As you know, Lauren Boebert won her last election by a little over 500 votes. The one before that she had won by over 26,000 votes so that is one hell of a come down, particularly in a deep red congressional district. And all that was before Beetlejuice, the acrimonious divorce, the criminally accused son and his pregnant minor girlfriend, and Boebert’s lies about supporting bills she voted against for the good of Colorado. Here’s a walk down memory lane. Remember this?

Talk about a broken record. She sounds so stupid. And you saw how she fared even worse, if possible, in her debate a few days ago.
This is MAGA. Rude, confrontational, angry, abrasive, never offering any facts, only hyperbole and talking points. In this case Bobo didn’t even bother with talking points, she just kept invoking the former House Speaker’s name as if it was some kind of a demonic mantra. Just keep saying it while drawing a pentagram and maybe you’ll summon demons from another dimension or something. Pure idiocy. It reminds me of the line in King Lear. Just substitute MAGA for “life.” “Life MAGA is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.” Bobo’s got the sound and fury part down. If she could get some facts or ideas cooking along with it, she might have something.
But not this specimen of the all hat, no cattle crowd. Form is all they know and all they have, never substance, let alone depth and forget about detail.

Adam Frisch is still in the game. He faces another opponent this fall. He’s been well set up by Boebert and could conceivably win. Meanwhile, on the other side of the state, Carpetbagger Boebert is trailing Democrat Ike McCorkle. June 25 is the primary in Colorado. It’s possible that Boebert could lose the primary and then game over. Or, she might squeak by in the primary and McCorkle might topple her in the general. That would be one hell of an upset, if a Democrat took the most reliably red congressional district in the entire state. It could happen.
Personally I’m hoping she loses in the primary. I just want to see her gone, ASAP. She is absolutely one of the worst congress members to ever serve. She’s only there because she’s part of the Trojan Horse of abject losers that Trump came in with. The woman is a professional troll. She is paid $174,000 a year to tweet MAGA talking points and look good on right-wing media.
I don’t think she can win reelection in Colorado. First time was a charm, second time Colorado was getting wised up and with all the scandal coupled with non performance in Congress this past year, I can’t see her getting reelected.
Why not have her win the MAGA primary and THEN get beaten by a D in November? Gives us another House seat. More people pay attention in presidential vote years.
