Now this is a crazy twist that I did not see coming. Rudolph the red-nosed shyster is on the verge of being disbarred in Washington, D.C. His license in New York was suspended in 2021. But he’s still “practicing” on his podcast. Now, also add in the fact that yesterday everybody from Alina Habba to Todd Blanche to Mike Johnson were going on about how Trump’s criminal trial conviction should go on to the Supreme Court, which is a flat out impossibility because the Supreme Court only hears issues regarding federal laws or the Constitution. But Rudolph thinks he’s got an angle. Or something.

Wait, there’s more.

Whut? Well, as you can see, the introduction of Rudy’s legal analysis into this mix has taken it totally out into legal fruit fly territory. Completely nuts.

I have been combing Rudy’s thread to see if I can find some *analysis* on how the U.S. Constitution has in fact been affected. That would take this matter into Supreme Court jurisdiction. Crickets.

So, just consider this one more rock on the pile. This is the newest right-wing talking point and expect it to be talked to death. Don’t expect to see this issue anywhere near a New York appellate court for quite some time to come, if ever, let alone the Supreme Court, in the real world. MAGA lives in the unreal world and these people, Giuliani, Guilfoyle, Don Junior, et al. make a lot of money jawing about unreal things. Nice work if you can get it, I guess.

This is what is going to drench the airwaves in the next five months. People who are attorneys, some from the best law schools in the country, will make absolutely crazy and untrue statements about the law. They do this for control and for profit. They do this to support the return to power of the worst president who ever served, the worst candidate to ever run, and frankly, one of the worst people to have ever lived on this planet.

The pursuit of profit and power is the overriding concern here. Nothing else.  The GOP may have touted itself as the Party Of Family Values or the Party Of Law and Order at one point. It is now the Party Of Amorality and No Holds Barred.

  3. rudy is involved? Reckon we do not have to worry about Von Shitshispants succeeding in the appeals process. lmao. Yep, another one of those “best people” which otherwise translates as Z-lister.

    Not sure who thought this was in any way a good idea but they definitely are not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Maybe Von Shitzi is having trouble getting someone to do, you know, because he doesn’t pay his bills. Maybe he told rudster he’ll pay him enough to pay those judgements. rudy being the damned fool he is probably believed Von Shitzi.

    • It’s impossible to speculate what might be going on in Trump world. What I know now is that this is the GOP platform, Trump’s appeal.
