He was tasked with infrastructure, the opioid crisis (which passed to Melania for a while, you remember that episode?), trade with China, and bringing peace to the Middle East. The last one was a sticky wicket which had stymied the best diplomatic minds and saints, even, for decades but the Boy Wonder was going to figure it out.
So Jared got cracking. He read 25 books, he peacocked, on the subject. Whether they were 25 different books he did not specify. Maybe some of them were on Israeli cooking. We will never know. We just know that he claimed to have read a couple of dozen books and figured out what needed to be done and came up with the Abraham Accords — which did not stop the bombings. They resumed in short order, every year of Trump’s presidency in fact. And then there’s this small problem.

There is a nugget of wisdom here: of course the Abraham Accords were about making money. To the Trumpian mind, and Kushner belongs in the family he married into, the pursuit of profit is the purpose of life. Cash is king and the dollar sign is the symbol that is worshipped, not the cross, or the Star of David or anything else. The dollar sign. And if you sell out your country to make a lot of cash, that’s considered a smart move.
All notable foreign policies of Trump’s hinged on Israel and its multilaterals, incl MENA area – like America just piggybacked on Israel.
It may be worthwhile to look into personal dealings between Trump/Kushner and the US-reliant Middle Eastern state, Israel…for or against.

Jared is far from an investing genius. He acquired the New York Observer, which was a viable media outlet when the then-25-year-old bought it. The TV show Sex And The City is based upon a column that appeared in the newspaper. Intriguingly, there was ostensibly a plan to use the New York Observer as part of a Trump media empire, which Trump was going to helm post-election. You recall Trump TV with Steve Bannon? This was supposed to be a corollary to that.
In any event, the day after the 2016 election Jared ceased publication of the weekly paper and only the digital version remained, which was eventually acquired by another media conglomerate. It’s just one more instance of a media outlet, where people of talent and passion build something, that gets dismantled when some rich clown gets his hands on it. Believe me, I have seen this show before.
Then there was the 666 Fifth Avenue building, which was another investment disaster, dragging Kushner under until he found foreign money to bail him out. I wonder how many state secrets went into that negotiation.
It’s high time that Ivanka and Jared Kushner get investigated. That may happen as a result of the Israeli conflict which has just exploded. A lot of new information may come to light from that. Let us hope so. And let us hope that Trump doesn’t get anywhere closer to Pennsylvania Avenue than just seeing the image on a TV news show.

In reality, both are fake knockoffs of honest, real people. One hopes that both will come to have and experience their individual and collective “… Schitt’s Creek …’ moments.
