Anyone with half a brain already realizes that the campaign for the 2024 Democratic Presidential nomination being run by Robert Kennedy Jr. is a ploy to weaken President Biden before the 2024 election.
Hell, Steve Bannon, who helped to talk Kennedy into the race has been recorded as braying that this is this case.
But now we know, thanks to Rolling Stone Magazine reporting, that Kennedy’s super PAC Heal The Divide is largely funded by a prominent Georgian Trump supporter who has not only contributed to the Mango monstrosity’s campaign, but also those of Marjorie Trailer Park Greene and non stop liar George Santos.
Your uncle and father are breakdancing in their Arlington graves, Junior…
“LAST MONTH, SUPPORTERS of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s presidential bid created a Super PAC titled Heal the Divide. On its website, the group — whose name is borrowed from Kennedy’s own campaign slogan — advises voters that “Only Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. can unite the Nation to start healing America,” and allows visitors to donate both in dollars and cryptocurrency.
There’s nothing abnormal about a candidate getting a Super PAC, even a candidate making a long-shot bid like Kennedy’s. What is abnormal, however, is that Kennedy is running as a Democrat in the Democratic primary, while the creators of the Super PAC have a deeply pro-Donald Trump bent — including ties to arch-MAGA officials such as Marjorie Taylor Greene, George Santos, and Herschel Walker.
Federal Election Commission filings list Jason D. Boles of RTA Strategy as its treasurer and use RTA’s website and mailing address. In 2022, Greene’s campaign and leadership PAC, Save America Stop Socialism, paid the firm more than $372,000 for work on her 2022 congressional race, according to data compiled by OpenSecrets.”
Boles is also the Treasurer of Greene’s Save America Stop Socialism PAC which has been investigated by The Federal Election Commission for improper use of donor contributions:
“Greene’s Save America Stop Socialism PAC made several errors in its amended financial report from July, including calculation mistakes and inconsistencies with the committee’s reported cash on hand, according to an October 19 letter the Federal Election Commission sent Greene’s PAC.
The FEC also found that the Save America Stop Socialism PAC improperly sent $5,000 to help US House candidate J.R. Majewski’s win his congressional primary election in Ohio.
FEC officials said Greene sent the money to Majewski’s campaign after the primary ended, in violation of federal rules. Majewski, who’s faced questions about his financial transparency and military service record, now faces Democratic Rep. Marcy Kaptur in one of the nation’s tightest House races in November.“
Nice friends you got there, Bobby.
Maybe it’s just me, but any Democratic candidate that is being
funded by friends of Trump and Greene should be prohibited from running in Democratic primaries.
What say you, Democratic National Committee?

Based on his financing and other support, he’s running in the wrong primary. Bannon thinks Americans, on the whole, are as stupid as MAGAts and that the Kennedy name still is revered in Democratic circles. JFK and RFK Sr are still revered, but the rest of the family not so much. Jr’s reputation as an anti-vaxxer is pretty well-known and last week on Rogan’s podcast he unveiled his latest theory – that 5G and Wi-fi cause some kind of brain/blood barrier problem. Pat Paulsen, back in the day, was a more credible candidate.
Well, John Junior (forever “John-John” to many) retains his well-loved reputation (of course, he died tragically more than 20 years ago but reputations are no longer set in stone and yet, nothing’s really emerged since to tarnish his reputation) and Caroline hasn’t really embarrassed herself too much (though she really stumbled when she, and Uncle Teddy, basically said state superdelegates should support the candidate who won their state but both remained solidly behind Obama despite New York and Massachusetts solidly choosing Hillary). And a couple of the other “kids” from the JFK/RFK/Teddy era have managed to stay relatively sane (Patrick’s stance on healthcare, especially mental health, is very commendable though he’s anti-marijuana legalization based on disputable ideas; Joe’s work for affordable energy is also a big plus). But Bobby Junior has really flaked out (which is a real shame given his grand reputation as an environmental advocate and advocate for indigenous people).
He was an early anti-vaxxer. Over two decades ago he was spouting stuff about mercury in vaccines causing autism – using a study with dubious data which did not hold up to peer review to support his claims. Over time as the scientific community made it clear his claims were utters b.s. RFK Jr. kept banging his drum. But he got a movement started, and it never went away so when Covid hit? He’s responsible in part for god knows how many hundreds of thousands of deaths, not to mention so many more people with long term effects (perhaps lifetime) from Covid that had we had the kind of national vaccination efforts like there were when I (and he) was a kid wouldn’t have suffered through. The man is a giant piece of sh*t.
And now this.
What a betrayal to his legacy.
And you just know he’s vaccinated. He and his wife threw a party more than a year ago and insisted that everyone attending be vaccinated and have a current negative covid test to be admitted. When confronted about the hypocrisy, he blamed his wife.
Thank you, I now seem to half remember that. So much happens every day in this era of Trump. I hope I outlast him so I might enjoy the respite.
Trump made lying acceptable to the GOP, now it’s de rigueur for them.
The GOP has LONG required its members to knowingly lie. (ie trickle down works) Trump made it ok to lie about the easily verifiable. Trump made it acceptable to be an extremely willfully ignorant moron about common knowledge/common sense stuff making one appear to be so stupid as to be in danger of burning the house down making toast.
RFK bought into that autism anti vax BS later claiming the ‘mercury’ in vaccines were the same as elemental mercury. As an environmental warrior he knows full well that that’s not true. I got the sense that he got conned by that vax/autism Dr making it impossible for RFK to make money with the mainstream. So now he’s full on conspiracy theory. The fact that he’s one of these people that will say ANYTHING to further his ambitions makes his integrity -obviously-questionable. It puts him in the Kelly Anne Conway, Tucker Carlson, Ted Cruz level. They will literally say ANYTHING if they think it will further their ambition. It doesn’t matter that they are not just condoning destabilizing global democracy, but actually playing a part in deliberately destabilizing it. And it’s JUST for their OWN ambition. It would be slightly less bad if they actually were true believers of what they spew, but these people KNOW what they are saying is BS. They know it’s destabilizing global democracy, but as long as they are deriving wealth & power from their BS scam, they absolutely don’t care.
