As we have all found out from “Trump University” and other hornswoggles, stiffing people isn’t something that’s new to Donald Trump. Heck, even all the way back in 2016, hundreds of workers and contractors claimed Trump refused to pay them for their efforts, according to The Hill at the time. And fresh from Friday’s $83.3 million civil judgment in the E. Jean Carroll defamation trial, it now also looks like he may be on the hook regarding his buddy, Rudy Giuliani, for unpaid legal fees in connection with the former New York City mayor’s bankruptcy, Raw Story reports.

So Trump should be in a good mood for the next few days. If he’s returning to Mar-a-Lago any time soon, Melania may want to spend more time at the spa, or perhaps spend some time in New York.

A bankruptcy court filing dated Friday reveals that “possible claim for unpaid legal fees against Donald J. Trump,” was written as the form sought specific information on claims relating to the bankruptcy. It caught the attention of former federal prosecutor Ron Filipkowski, who couldn’t help noting on X that it “just keeps getting better.”

“Now Trump will have to pay Rudy’s Creditors since his unpaid legal fees to rudy are one of rudy’s assets in his bankruptcy,” Filipkowsky posted Friday.

And Political strategist Simon Rosenberg couldn’t help but have a laugh over this, noting, “My God there’s a whole new potential legal problem for Trump and Republicans — he stiffed Rudy.”

It’s pretty funny to see Trump and Giuliani accidentally hanging each other out to dry. Looks like this is one time he may actually be accountable for stiffing someone. This is a rare occasion. Don’t blink or you’ll miss it.

X users had fun commenting on Filipkowski’s post as well.

  1. Tic tok tic tok…that body from years of abuse and neglect will be lucky to cross the finish line as Joe goes for a bike ride.
