How is this guy going to get through the next three years, let alone change the Constitution and stay in power? Or flout the Constitution and stay in power, for that matter? He’s hardly able to function in real time at the beginning of year two of his term. Take a look.

In all fairness, part of this swaying and looking bored is because the attention was not on him, it was Melania’s night and so the attention was rightfully on her. And of course Trump can’t stand that. The focus always must be on him, even if that focus is negative.
But the swaying and grimacing is something to look at. He just can’t stand off to the side and be a confidant and a companion. He simply wasn’t there at all, just lost in some world of his own.

You saw it happen election night like the rest of us did. I’m in awe, too. I’ve been in awe of this phenomenon since 2016.
Two things: First, he’s standing well in front of her! Another “I’ve GOT to be the one out front” thing like he did at a NATO meeting years ago when he literally elbowed other heads of state out of the way to be front and center. If part of his brain was working it had to have chapped his ass that most of the questions were shouted past him and to “Melanie” who might have been ordered to stand a little back. Hey, I just remembered when I was in the Marines we were taught to, when walking with a superior Officer to walk to the left and a step behind (unless ordered to walk alongside for some reason). Take a look again at the title pic. Maybe Trumpty wanted to cosplay Commandant (of the Marine Corps) but of course failed – and was Commode instead!
Second, for those who aren’t South Park fans the most recent season kicked off with a multi episode gag with Vance playing the little guy to ‘Boss’ like the old Fantasy Island series, engineering Trump impregating Satan with the child that would end the world. It was a cartoon but had AI generated heads of Trump and Vance on top of their characters. And some of Trump’s expressions and movements were exactly like what you see in the film clip shown here. Kind of eerie when you think about it.
Paresis. Muscular weakness and loss of control caused by stroke and other diseases, including syphilis. He’s also losing weight, which physicians call cachexia if it is caused by an underlying disease. This is also seen in tertiary syphilis patients with organ failure. Some doctors are speculating that he may have had a stroke a year ago that affected his right side, particularly his right leg. However, the Bell’s Palsy-like drooping of his facial muscles that people noticed last year was on his left side. This is more evidence of widespread neuromuscular disease.
So how long before this crisis comes to a head? He does have the best doctors in the world.
