WATCH: Marge Greene Tell the House How Worried She Is About the Pipe Bomber, While Colleague Gives Her the Finger

Another day, another Onion-esque headline. There was a time, circa 2016, that the headlines that I read not to mention the the ones that I wrote, used to blow my mind. Nowadays, I’ve been numb for so many years that the words just flow from my fingers like water. Absurdity is a given these days. Who bats an eyelash? Certainly not me.

Marjorie Taylor Greene spoke before the House today. She is mucho concerned about the pipe bomber and the fact that s/he hasn’t been caught and is still at large. Or, she’s concerned about what the January 6 Committee knows. Or maybe she can’t live with the guilt anymore. Maybe all three.

Interesting how this is the one felon at large that hampers Marge’s untroubled dreams. Also interesting: check out the hand to the left of Marge Green’s right shoulder, giving her the middle finger. This is normal folks. I’ve stopped trying to write to amuse, I merely act as a stenographer and take it all down and it’s funnier than anything I could ever invent.

Very interesting development. Maybe Marge will get exactly what she’s asking for. Maybe the FBI will arrest the pipe bomber. It can’t be soon enough for us, especially if Greene is the pipe bomber.

Performative jackassery, laced with lies. What a lethal combination.

There is one conclusion that you can reach here, the obvious one: Marge is almost hysterical. She really wants everybody to believe that whatever is about to come out of January 6 hearing is lies. Could it be because she’s about to get caught as the pipe bomber? If so, I cannot wait to see her reaction after being arrested. Unless I miss my guess, she’ll put Peter Navarro to shame.
