Every now and again it’s a good idea to take stock of what we have going on in this country. Yes, there are a lot of crazy things going on and most of them are not isolated incidents.
No, most of the abject madness that you see in the newspapers and on the TV screens nowadays are actually coordinated efforts to galvanize a group of people known as “The Base” into doing something, usually parting with money or casting votes. Sometimes rioting.
The Base is imbued with all kinds of magical powers and allegedly exists in vast numbers — at least you would have to believe that, since the GOP is terrified of this entity, The Base. This is the funniest five minutes you’ll have all day. Enjoy.

What a week. And unfortunately, there’s nothing particularly weird about this past week. As a matter of fact, it’s been somewhat of a quiet week.
We have certainly seen wilder. January 6 leaps to mind.
And Trump encouraged it being “wild.” That was his precise word, as a matter of fact.
23 more days until Election Day. The picture could change substantially.
Do you think RED watched this? I sort of miss him. Sort of.
It’s shocking to see the pure ignorance in this country, it’s embarrassing. What happened to dignity and self control . We used to be respected as a country, not anymore , we look like a bunch of idiots . I’m not proud to be an American anymore .
