Alan Derhowitz is the ultimate Trump enabler. That much we know. We also know that he’s not crazy about being a social pariah on Martha’s Vineyard.
Oh, how to have one’s cake and eat it, too? Here’s what that looks like.

Anybody with two brain cells functioning agrees upon gay rights, abortion, gun control, climate change, etc. Not just the Jews.
I don’t think this is going to restore Dershowitz’s popularity on Martha’s Vineyard but maybe it will. What I do think is that Dershowitz senses that Trump is on the way out and he wants to make sure he’s on the winning team. So he’s planting the seeds of disagreement with the Orange Oracle early on, so that he can claim later that he disagreed with Trump on key issues the entire time.
Dersh is a liberal? The first time I was aware of this fella, he was defending the orange ostrich on impeachment and not doing a stellar job of it. The last thing I would have called him was liberal. A liberal that pays fealty to this steaming pile of festering frass? Say it isn’t so!
For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the limelight for a day, and lose his own soul?
If you go back to that “first time” you heard of Dershowitz and read some of the articles written by people who’d been supporters of Dershowitz for decades, you’d see a whole lot of comments along the lines of “What happened to the staunch liberal advocate” and a HELL of a lot of disappointment with Dersh’s seeming 180 on the legal principles he’d supported (and taught) for decades.
Dershoeitz has handled many celebrity casrs,,including Julian Assange, O. J. Simpson, Jim.Bakker,Patty Hearst, Mike Tyson. He began his career as a,liberal, supported Hillary Clinton in 2016 and Obama in 2008 and 2012. Bit even the smallest criticism of Israel sets him.off and has grown much.more conservative of late. Also a friend of Jeffrey Epstein, and helped get him on those charges in FL.
He’s a visitor of rape island & credibly accused. Fuck that lying hypocrite. I lived on cape cod for 8 years & my best friend is a Wampanough Indian who grew up there. They were never fond of the rich assholes who vacation there & successfully sued Jackie Onassis to get their sacred land back at gay head. He’s just another rich attorney who’s full of himself.
