As we speak, Hurricane Helene has already cost 116 US lives, with more likely to be discovered. Both Democratic Governor of North Carolina as well as GOP Governor Brian Kemp of Georgia have requested that major politicians stay away from the impacted zones, so they can marshal all of their resources to the rescue and recovery efforts. As a result, President Biden will visit North Carolina on Wednesday, and VP Harris is waiting to be told when it’s more feasible.
So of course today both North Carolina and Georgia had confirmed sightings of the rarest Arctic bird, The Tangerine Penguin. His Lowness made appearances in both states, and worst of all, in active recovery areas, the very places he was asked to stay out of. The Georgia Trump was more like the Dodo Bird than the Arctic Tangerine Penguin. He accused Biden and Harris of withholding aid for GOP heavy areas of the state, forcing Governor Brian Kemp to announce in his presser that Biden had given Kemp everything he asked for, and told him to contact Biden personally if he needed anything else.
In North Carolina it was the same old Emperor Numbus Nuttus, but his shtick is wearing thin. Seeing how Il Douche is now a private citizen with no more clout to help than if I went down there to muck up the works. His greeting was less than enthusiastic, and not only did Governor Cooper drop a blivet on his head, a NC GOP representative dumped one over it, saying that his constituents didn’t need politicians stomping around interrupting operations and swiping necessary emergency responders for guard duty.
And now for dessert. Apparently the state of Ohio has a strange law that allows a citizen the right to file a criminal complaint under certain circumstances. And so a Haitian group with a lawyer filed a criminal complaint against Traitor Tot and the Hillbilly Imbecile, not just on behalf of the Haitian community, but on behalf of all of the citizens that have been victimized by their callous lies and misinformation.
This could be interesting. From what I understand the charges have been filed, next step is a hearing before a magistrate to determine facts and standing,and if the magistrate finds the complaint valid, it will be turned over to a prosecuting attorney. And keep in mind that not only is the GOP Mayor of Springfield asking the Biden administration for $50 million in emergency funds to deal with the fallout of Trump and Vance’s nonsense, GOP Governor Mike DeWine has repeatedly called for Trump and Vance to knock off their horsesh*t. The accusations have already been debunked repeatedly, so I can easily see a magistrate and prosecutor finding there is merit in the complaint. Dob’t touch that dial.

The problem with Donny is that he was too dumb ever to learn geometry. for example, that as the area of a circle (stylized continental landmass) gets smaller, so does its ciruomference (beachfront).

There aren’t many Not Republican areas in GA, with Fulton and DeKalb and some impoverished rural counties,,and I haven’t seen any rush to get aid to those non’Republican areas.
