Once again, JD Vance proves himself to be an idiot. He does very well at that, yes? He flaps his gums with things he deliberately has a very narrow focus on, and gets TOASTED for them. I think he likes to spin things to the worst possible aspect and “forget” about the rest of the picture, so he thinks he and tRump look good, when he(they) are really showing he(they) knows nothing.
Let me give you some quotes to start with. “Vance, while responding to another post on X, said, “[Former President] Biden overwhelmed the system with illegal migration. Is your proposed solution to give a jury trial to all 20 million illegal aliens (more if you count those already here)?” “You are hiding behind ‘due process’ while ignoring that your actual solution means the ratification of a Biden border crisis that was rejected at the ballot box,” he added.” I don’t know about you, but this made my eyes roll back in my head and come up lemons. Remember, Congress worked long and hard to come up with a BIPARTISAN solution to the border crisis. But Agent Orange then forced the Republicans to tank the bill because he wanted to wait and make himself look good, not Biden. I cannot say enough times how much this pissed me off. Bi-partisan. Both parties worked *together* on this, which we know is rare.
JD absolutely got *roasted* in response. It was pointed out how he was exaggerating and had no grasp of the truth. He has still not learned to keep his mouth shut rather than show, once again, he’s an idiot. Although I’m not on Xitter, news organizations usually pass along information that includes conversations there. Here’s a great response.
“Vance is a treasonous fool who is openly demeaning the Constitution, but don’t overlook that his claim of 20 million undocumented immigrants in the Biden administration is an insane fabrication that overstates the real number by a factor of 20 or more,” Lawyer and Democratic researcher Will Stancil wrote in response to Vance’s post. “Part of why due process is important is that without it, fascist fools like Vance can make claims like ‘we need to suspend the rule of law and deport 20 million people under emergency conditions’ and there’s no way to challenge the fact it’s an extraordinary and malicious lie,” he continued. “If you’re thrown in a foreign gulag, you become a terrorist, child predator, or drug smuggler by default, because if you weren’t, Trump and Vance wouldn’t have put you there. It’s completely authoritarian,” he added.”
Better get something for that BURN, JD. Ouch! Stancil just wiped the floor with him, and I can’t see much he could use in reply. I’m *ahem* NOT laughing! I wouldn’t do something like that, *cough* no, I wouldn’t. But onward! He showed how narrow-minded he is, just like his boss. We all know Traitor Tot tries very hard to use small pieces of the whole picture in an effort to make himself look good. And we certainly know how much he fails at doing so. Half the people of this country are not stupid. I’m not sure about the other half. The people who *know* about the law are not stupid, either. These two are fools, dangerous fools. I wonder if those 1.5% who gave the Republican party, i.e., the party of tRump, the victory, are regretting it now. One could hope. In the meantime, we are stuck with a president slipping into dementia, and a vice president who doesn’t know how to have original thoughts and speak for himself. What a mess!
*****And now, please read a very special request from our awesome boss******
Zoomers, we feel guilty asking for cash, but if you can spare a small amount, it will keep us trekking through cyberspace. Many hands make light work, many small contributions add up to enough. And most of all, we thank you for coming here to read. Ursula

If the election were held today, Trump and his idiotic party would not do very well.If the election were held a few month from now, they would probably do considerable worse.

But will it stay that way til 2028? We can hope…..
There’s an old saying that It’s better to sit quiet and be thought a fool than to open one’s mouth and remove all doubt. (there are variations) It’s typically attributed to either Lincoln or Mark Twain but there’s no evidence either said or wrote it or something similar. The origins remain a mystery although in the bible there’s a verse (Proverbs 17:28) in the King James version (that I was raised with) that might well have served as inspiration:
Even a fool is thought wise if he keeps silent, and discerning if he holds his tongue.
Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding.
The modern version we know is funnier but the likely biblical root is clear – stupid people who know to keep their mouths shut avoid being viewed as being stupid! Not that Vance or any of the current crop of “Christian” Republican politicians familiar with the bible. Except maybe that rewritten “prosperity gospel” bullshit that runs counter to everything their Jeebus taught.
I don’t think stupid people are willing to admit they are stupid, so they don’t know how to keep their mouths shut. There are any number of times I’ve wished that would happen. We could be so lucky?
Few will. Many don’t think it’s them, it’s everyone else. But the buffon in the White House certainly empowered them all.
White Jebus. 😜
Vice president J.D. Vance is such a welcome change from the cackling ditz Kamala and her babbling about coconut trees & being unburdened by blah blah blah.
Whoever this Stancil guy is, him asserting that only 1 million illegals got into the country under biden is a ridiculous lie.
And we couldn’t be happier that that so called bipartisan immigration bill didn’t pass. It was a bad bill. It would have codified into law allowing a certain amount of illegals in person day, week, year. Unacceptable!
So, you don’t see a problem with “Bing, bing, bong?” How about his assertion that water will nullify the power of a magnet? How about the weave his English professor buddies told him was brilliant and the rest of the rational world sees as nonsense? Then there’s the Revolutionary War airports, and a rewind to suggestions we might use bleach, disinfectant, or UV light to kill the COVID-19 virus inside the human body. And one more off the top of my head that tickled me was his apparent lack of understanding that a centennial observation or celebration doesn’t occur until 100 years after the original event—Google-trump/women’s suffrage centennial coin for more.
The so-called cackle you refer to is a laugh. Laughing is good as it releases chemicals in the brain that make one feel slightly euphoric and just a bit better about even the direst of circumstances. I don’t think I’ve ever seen your boy laugh; that should cause at least a yellow light to activate on your dashboard.
