Welcome to The Apprentice: Dr. Strangelove Edition. And if your next question is, “How long will this show go on?” hey, your guess is as good as anybody’s. Civilization as we know it could end with Donald Trump taking his spouse (assuming she’s anywhere to be found) down into the special bunker while the rest of us either vaporize (if we’re lucky) or die from radiation poisoning. If you’re a child of the Cold War, as I am, you remember all the movies from the fifties about post-apocalyptic Hell. But before we get to those morbid details, here’s our commander in chief.
Pakistan is only been an existence for 85 years… What centuries is he talking about?

This is what India is doing to Pakistan right now.

What’s that you say? Didn’t the Department of Defense or one of the intelligence agencies get wind of this possibility, at least, considering that the attack was a response to the terrorist attack in Kashmir? What Department of Defense? What intelligence agencies? We’ve got SignalGate level people and professionals losing their jobs every day. How could we be prepared?
India said early Wednesday that it had conducted strikes on Pakistan, two weeks after more than two dozen civilians were killed in a terrorist attack in Indian-administered Kashmir.
The Indian government said its forces had struck nine sites in Pakistan and on Pakistan’s side of the disputed Kashmir region. Pakistani military officials said that five places had been hit, in Punjab Province and its part of Kashmir.
While India in recent years has struck Pakistan-administered Kashmir and areas close to it during periods of rising tensions, the attack on Wednesday on Punjab, in Pakistani territory outside the disputed region, represented an escalation in the conflict between the two nuclear-armed countries.
India said it had struck Pakistan after gathering evidence “pointing towards the clear involvement of Pakistan-based terrorists” in last month’s attack on civilians in a tourist area in Kashmir. It said that its military actions on Wednesday had been “measured, responsible and designed to be nonescalatory in nature.” It added that it had targeted only “known terror camps.”
We have yet another theater of conflict on this world now. We have Ukraine acting as the bulwark to keep democracy in Europe, we have the Israel/Gaza conflict, and now we have India and Pakistan going at it. And we are crippled in terms of intelligence and we have a “Pentagon in chaos,” to quote Rick Wilson. Here’s Trump spewing blather on Russia/Ukraine.
Reporter: What type of progress is being as it relates to all of those visits that he made to Russia?
Trump: I think a lot because I think Russia wanted to take all of Ukraine and he stoped pic.twitter.com/YBGI54ueuU

The Russians did “not stop.” The Ukrainians spilled a lot of blood displaying a physical courage utterly beyond the capacity of one such as Trump and the silver spoon he was born with in his mouth.
We are in a worst case scenario situation now and we have no leadership at the top. It’s anybody’s guess where things go from here. My best speculation is that, as we speak, whatever generals and admirals and the like that are left are probably making contingency plans. Is that treason? Or, is that prudent, because survival comes first and some people take their oath to uphold the Constitution seriously? We know that Donald does not, but he is not representative of all America, thank God.
