He’s barely functional. Presidents age in office, that’s a given. It’s a difficult job, when one does it. In Trump’s case, he’s collapsing before our eyes and this is with dodging all his responsibilities and watching TV. Business Insider:

I saw a post on DK about the using two hands to hold a glass of water. I wonder if he didn’t have a stroke, when he had his “mini physical”?
I notice that he tends to lean on the podium on his left arm, like his right arm can’t bear weight any more.
It looks like he couldn’t get his arm to go up far enough to get the glass to his mouth. He had to push the glass up with his other hand. What would cause something like that?

It was almost 3 weeks ago, at the Memorial Day service, that his right arm jerked out violently away from his body while he was pretending to be praying with hands folded in front of him. Parkinson’s? MS? Stroke?

It’s hard to really tell if he’s deteriorated in that video because in the earlier clip he was extemporaneously boasting about him, his favorite topic; in the second, he was reciting from a TelePrompTer — and his speech patterns are very different in each.
Unfortunately, malignant narcissism and pathological lying are forms of psychological disability that have long term deleterious mental effects. His posture, speech issues, mental confusion, and balance issues all point to growing dementia.
I do hope it is indicative of neural degeneration and that he is suffering painfully. If true, then there is a gawd.
