Bloggers get accused of hyperbolic headlines all the time, but I believe we can prove up the truth of this one, handily. It’s basically a no brainer that Sidney Powell will be called to testify against Donald Trump in Jack Smith’s January 6 case because a stipulation of her six years probation was that she is required to testify against any and all co-defendants in the case. And one Donald J. Trump is a co-defendant — not just in the Georgia election racketeering case, but in the January 6 case.
News had broken of Powell pleading guilty to six counts of conspiracy to commit intentional interference with the performance of election duties, and within half an hour Elie Hoenig was on CNN predicting Powell will now become a valuable witness for Jack Smith.

The word batshit doesn’t even begin to describe this woman. We’re going to have to find a stronger term. Bear in mind that Powell was considered way out by Trump. If you’re too crazy for Trump’s tastes, you are truly out there. The only one Powell wasn’t too crazy for was Rudy Giuliani and his Strikeforce Rudy team.
Speaking of Rudy, Powell is going to throw him under the bus as well.
Scott Hall was the first to flip in the Georgia case. Now Powell has got the ball rolling and there will be others to flip. And when the dominoes all stop falling, they will be in one big messy pile at the feet of Donald Trump. And that’s when it will get good.
And bear another thing in mind: Powell delayed as much as humanly possible. She was asking to cross-examine jurors and all kinds of tangential things. When push finally came to shove, the evidence against her was overwhelming. That’s why she was compelled to flip. This is the pattern for all of Trump’s cases. And nobody knows that better than him. Last week he was complaining about his lawyers and you can expect that to continue. He blames everybody for his problems but the one responsible party, which is himself.
She needs to be disbarred as well. How can we accomplish that?

Scott Hall was set to testify against old Sydney. She got word if it, and the prosecution made an offer which she readily accepted.
Even old Sydney isn’t stupid enough to go to the can for 5 years for her cult leader, and neither will the other 17.
