The wheels of justice grind slowly but they grind exceedingly fine. Today in Fulton County, Georgia, Donald Trump, aka Teflon Don, is now finding that things can stick to him. He and two of his lawyers found that out. John Eastman got bail of $100,000 and agreed to pre-trial conditions. Atlanta attorney Ray Smith III was granted bail of $50,000. Smith, advised the alternate GOP electors who met in a committee room at the state Capitol to cast votes for Trump and signed documents falsely claiming Trump won.
Under the terms of the consent bond order, Trump can't perform any acts of witness intimidation or communicate directly or indirectly about the facts of the case with any codefendants except through his lawyer pic.twitter.com/1EyR0Vjki8

Look at how those counts added up to produce that bail amount. Atlanta Journal-Constitution:
Eastman was charged with Violation of the State’s RICO Act, conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer, conspiracy to commit filing false documents, filing false documents, solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer, two counts of conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree and two counts of conspiracy to commit false statements and writings. Smith was charged with Violation of the State’s RICO Act, conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer, conspiracy to commit filing false documents, two counts each of false statements and writings, conspiracy to commit false statements and writings, conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree and three counts of solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer. […]
Conditions of bond for both Eastman and Hall include requirements to report for pre-trial supervision every 30 days, which may be done by phone, and to appear in court as directed. They are not to violate any other laws, intimidate any witness or co-defendant in the case, and may have no contact with co-defendants or witnesses other than through counsel.
I’m sure that the other defendants on bail can keep themselves from witness intimidation. Whether Trump can remains to be seen.
If, and when, will the defendant’s next violation occur: Before or after his mug shot is taken?
