Life is like a river, it’s constantly changing and that’s why the aphorism, “You never step in the same stream twice.” Like a river, the tributary of Donald Trump’s stream of consciousness moves along and he’s getting more and more out of touch daily. Today he released news of Russia’s purely symbolic sanctioning of Russia with the intro “Breaking News.” Umm….the whole world had known about it for hours, but Donnie probably just got out of bed and he figures that the world starts moving the minute he does, because he’s the center of it, right?
It’s a “terrible thing” in how many ways? These sanctions do nothing more than put Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Jen Psaki and others on a “stop” list, which means that they can’t enter Russia — and who the hell wanted to go there in the first place? But to Trump, this is a terrible thing, I guess. I guess he wants to believe that Vladdie will have him over for a slumber party any time he wants to show up at the front door of the Kremlin, overnight bag in hand.

You notice the time stamp on the tweet? Almost two hours before Trump announced the “breaking news?” Trump would be a washout as a journalist as well, but then you knew that. Yeah, there’s heartbreak at the White House and the Clinton residence over this, that’s for sure.
