It’s a shame that Donald Trump, Jr. wasn’t called to testify on Halloween, that would have been so fitting somehow, the little ghouls and goblins suiting up all over the country and the ghoul on the stand. Oh, well. We’ll take a hung over Junior on November 1, that may actually be more entertaining. Or, maybe he’ll take it easy on All Hallows Eve so as to be in some kind of condition for court. We’re going to see.
Junior is considered the “weak link” in terms of testimony. He has an explosive temper like his father and he is the one expected to blow up on the stand if any of the three siblings do.

Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, both executives at the Trump Organization, will testify on James’s direct case on Wednesday and Thursday, respectively. The former president and his sons are expected to be called by their attorneys a second time later in the trial, which opened Oct. 2 and could continue until nearly the end of December.
That’s the general lay of the land and if Trump Senior continues to bellow and scream on social media and outside the courthouse, he’s going to be looking at a situation that he’s never experienced before. The judge may indeed sanction him an unheard of amount, because in Trump’s case, only some ridiculous sanction is going to get his attention. He’s oblivious to a slap on the wrist, you have to hit him with the kitchen sink to get his attention.
Anyone else would already be in jail.
So much for one law for all.
