Another day, another Onion-esque headline. Yes, you read it right, the leader of the free world wants to classify the United States, which was a superpower, last I knew, as a developing nation. A developing nation is defined as “a poor agricultural country that is seeking to become more advanced economically and socially,” such as Albania, Latvia — hey, America ends in an “a” too, I mean, isn’t that good enough? Here he is, making the incredible statement.

I think that Trump should petition the WTO for this, seriously. I want to hear him explain how the richest country on earth, which developed everything from the light bulb to the hydrogen bomb and sent men to the moon, is in fact a developing nation. Although, on the other hand, as much as he’s done to drag down America’s health and economy in the past four years, we might actually get there.
Has it crossed anybody else’s mind that maybe Putin suggests that Trump say these insane things, and even Putin can’t believe he’s really stupid enough to do it? Or, that this is a drinking game in Moscow and we just haven’t found out yet?

You might be on to something with the Putin tells him what to say stuff. Maybe he even has note cards made up for Trump. If so, somebody please PLEASE do a variation on the Anchorman moment where his rival, having learned he will read whatever is on the prompter gets him to say “Go fuck yourself San Diego” to end the newscast. Only slip in a notecard that says “Go fuck yourself America – you’re all suckers!” Hey, with Trump it might actually work in real life.
One of the psychics on Youtube says Trump and Putin communicate through a code involving tweets and other such public communications like Russia TV. Could be. Sounds like Moscow rules to me.
Himself’s tweets *are* public. And demonstrate he can’t run anything, including a lemonade stand in Phoenix in summer.
Hell, he’d probably drive that hypothetical lemonade stand into Chapter 11 bankruptcy by the end of the first week.

I’m hoping that there are recordings of those effing conversations. Someone has to have recorded them, even if 45 didn’t want them recorded.
WE don’t have recordings, or even notes of many of those conversations, or even witnesses or interpreters for some of them. He’s been content to use Putin’s interpreter although I don’t believe for a second that Putin never learned English. Anyway, there has NEVER been a conversation between Putin and Trump that hasn’t been recorded. It’s just that Putin or his people have done the recording!
I hadn’t thought about in years, but I remember sending the new kid to the boss to ask for the ‘left-handed monkey wrench’! Then the boss would tell him run to the hardware store because we only have a 12″ and need a 24″!

Hasnt it been clear from his policies & the death march we are on? He admires Andrew jackson, so, I guess, it was inevitable he would have to top the destruction Jackson caused. Now we are all one in our misery, with an uncertain outcome, on a path strewn with dead Americans.
Well I would say first you are probably right about Putin. He’s arguably the richest man in the world. And it would put a feather in his hat to get control of the USA. Now, it would be a good strategy for trump to come back and say he’s the only one that can fix it. Just don’t ask him how, because he doesn’t have a clue. Nothing, Nada, zilch. Now “sleepy Joe” has a plan. And he can show you because it’s all down on paper. Joe has plans for all the crap that trump has done. So who do you want. Guy that doesn’t have a clue on anything. Or a guy that’s got plans and will start work on the day they swear him in if not sooner, knowing Joe.
