You are what you eat. That’s a truism. If you put healthy food in your system, stay away from an excess of sugar, sodium and harmful fats and concentrate instead on protein, vegetables, olive oil, your body will reward you with low blood pressure, proper weight, good skin, a plentitude of blessings.
If, on the other hand, you eat empty calories, fried foods and chemicals, your body will let you know what it thinks of that as well. Enter one Donald J. Trump, red faced under his orange makeup and sprayed thinning hair, who orders a junk food banquet for lunch at the courthouse, where a fraud trial is taking place.

Cholesterol, I forgot all about the cholesterol. That’s the stuff that clogs up your arteries and gives you a stroke. I must say, it blows my mind that I fixed myself a healthy lunch, with lean meat and fresh vegetables and relatively speaking, I eat like the billionaire and Trump eats like some struggling disabled blogger. Seriously.
Murf also cooks and occasionally we discuss recipes and spices and what have you. Neither of us would be caught dead eating a McDonald’s toad burger. When I was about 8-years-old McDonald’s tasted good to me, but since then I have sampled the cuisines of the world and have developed finer, not to mention, healthier tastes. I think the moral of the story is, some people never develop beyond the age of eight.

That does not look appetizing to me. Not like the small 5 oz. steak, broccoli and grilled tomato I had two hours ago. Plus, we’re talking 300 calories for what I had, and what is this garbage, 900 calories and enough sodium for a week?

Also, there is NEVER a sit down, happy burger time in a true court situation … all good court officials are NEVER allowed social events without direct supervision and NEVER allowed casual conversation about the case OR defendant, Trump has shown a HUGE disrespect to all the Officers of his court, direct threats, which should be addressed with immediate incarceration in at the very least State/City jail … Trump should NOT be allowed to return from court to threaten, once again,
Trump’s mouth will be the end of his freedom to cheat at golf, talk/project with his cell phone, see any public exposure to rant and rage again until the delivery of his sentences … The security teams for all those that he has seriously threatened, should be bolstered to safehouses and family members as well …
