This is insane. But that’s only because Traitor Tot himself is clinically insane. Before I get to the main course, let’s have a little antipasto first, and recoup His Lowness’ current legal entanglements, shall we;

  • Right now Trump is under criminal indictment in Manhattan for being a randy lad, and then trying to cover it up
  • New York Attorney General Letitia James is steaming full speed ahead on a cavum fraud suit against Trump, his spawn, and his company. I believe it’s scheduled for trial in September
  • In two weeks magazine columnist E Jean Carroll’s multimillion defamation suit against Trump for sexual assault starts picking a jury. It has yet to be decided if a 2nd trial will be combined with the first one, or begin afterward
  • All indications are that in the first 10 days of May, Fulton County DA Fani Willis will present her case to a grand jury to indict Trump
  • Ever the delusional one, Trump went to federal court in Dallas to sue to stop Mike Pence from testifying, or at least restrict the topics he can testify to under executive privilege. Good luck with that, since he’s 0-infinity on that assertion
  • DOJ Special Counsel Jack Smith is racing full speed for the tape. Pence has been ordered to testify, and yesterday Smith had Trump’s Nosferatu of the Dead, Stephen Miller, in front of the grand jury for 6 hours

I might be missing some parking tickets, but I’m not sure. But I think we can all agree that a menu like that is going to pretty well ensure that your dance card is full for at least the next 18 months to two years. Especially when you realize that El Pendejo Presidente needs a separate defense team for each one of those cases.

Which made it somewhat of a surprise to me today to learn on MSNBC that Trump had gone into federal court and failed a $500 million lawsuit his former attorney and fixer, Michael Cohen. No sh*t. Among the rest of his fanciful kvetches against Trump, the centerpiece of his suit is violation of attorney-client privilege.

Can I get a little help here? Does anybody out there know a word for mental infirmity that is worse than Imbecile? If you do, please let me know, because this would be the dead perfect time to use it. Because a snow flurry in Honolulu has a better chance of sticking that Trump’s dumb*ss lawsuit.

But this is a perfect example of why FrankenTrump will go down on every court charge he goes up against. That moron has absolutely no impulse control. K-Mart lawyers from every one of the cases I listed above are going to be going to The Scruffy Guru on an almost daily basis to update him, and ask him for strategy input. But Trump is too busy throwing a Trumper tantrum, because Cohen is pissing him off by spouting off to the media. And now he’s had to hire even more lawyers.

But what has Trump’s Armani silk panties in a bunch? Cohen is spouting off about the Stormy Daniels payoff! Quick Question for Emperor Numbus Nuttus. Why in the hell are you surprised?! It’s not like anybody got a world exclusive or anything.

Just to set the table, let’s just take a quick trip down memory lane over the last four years;

  • Cohen openly testified in a nationally televised House committee hearing in 2019
  • Cohen also cooperated with the Southern District of New York
  • As part of his plea, he also cooperated with NY AG Letitia James in her investigation into Trump
  • Cohen also cooperated with the Manhattan DA in their investigation against Trump
  • And for the cherry on top, while in prison Cohen wrote a book about his experiences called Disloyal, which had Barr throw him back in prison for violating his home arrest, until a federal judge slapped Barr upside the head and told him to stop d*cking around, leading to another book from Cohen about that experience

If attorney-client privilege was an issue, The Cheeto Prophet would have gone to court four years ago to shut Cohen up. And he didn’t even try. For one simple reason. Michael Cohen is a convicted criminal. And the crimes that Michael Cohen pleaded guilty to were directly related to the Stormy Daniels payoff. And if he had a criminal relationship with Trump, then the crime/fraud exception waives the attorney-client privilege.

And remember this. Michael Cohen is an attorney. True, he may be disbarred as a result of his conviction, but he’s still a highly qualified legal mind, one who spent more than 10 years doing Trump’s “Dirty Deeds.” And having already spent time in federal prison, and with no desire to spend any more time there, Cohen is uniquely qualified to know exactly how close to the wind he can sail without tipping the boat.

But Trump doesn’t care, because this is personal. On two fronts. First, Cohen was Trump’s hand picked fixer, the man who knew Where all of the bodies were buried. And he rolled over on The Boss. He must be destroyed. Second, in the coming weeks it is highly likely that Trump is going to be found responsible for defamation against E. Jean Carroll, and have to pay millions, if not tens of millions in fines and retribution.  Why not pay that off with money from his turncoat, traitor rat?

But here’s the happy ending. The case will never go to trial. And I can prove it. Look, forget about Cohen’s legal qualifications, OK? NY AG Letitia James, Manhattan DA’s Cy Vance Jr and Alvin Bragg, and the investigators working for the SDNY are all highly qualified lawyers. And they all dealt with Cohen, on multiple occasions. Cohen has net with the Manhattan DA’s office a staggering 20 times! If Cohen was coloring outside the lines, none of them would touch him with fire tongs, his information would be fruit from the poisoned tree. But they all took turns pumping him dry.

Once again the Mango Messiah is letting the little head do the talking. And at the one time in his sad, misbegotten life when he really needs to have his head straight, and concentrate on what’s important. And instead, Trump is off chasing rabbits down holes on a personal vendetta. For lack of a better word, what an imbecile!

  1. Michael Cohen is a “highly qualified legal mind”? He did pass the bar exam, I’ll give you that much. He is smarter than TFG, but that bar is so low, my dog could probably exceed it. This is just another example of TFG’s litigious nature. He sure is wasting alot of money on stupid lawsuits that are sure to be dismissed, with prejudice. There is one more civil suit in NY that many are overlooking. It involves a group of investors who claim TFG, Ivanka and Don Jr defrauded them by enticing them to invest in a ponzi scheme they were promoting on Celebrity Apprentice. I think this case goes to trial this year.

    • Cohen went to a third-rate law school, but he did pass the NY State Bar Exam which is notoriously difficult. JFK Jr. failed at first and he was no dumbass. So while I wouldn’t fall Cohen a “Legal Eagle” he’s got chops. But there’s (I think) a reason he took on the role of “fixer” instead of other types of legal practice.

  2. Where’s Roy Cohn when you need him? Maybe TFG doesn’t realize that Cohn died of AIDS in 1986, and thinks that “Michael Cohen” is a misspelled alias…

  3. I have a slightly different perspective on fat ass. My perception is he has gotten away with a life of crime because his corrupt sister was a “Federal judge”. Those asshole have their own clique and I find it ironic that now they are crying that they need protection.
You reap what you sow, corrupt assholes….

  4. Well Murf, you already use the right term. Pendejo. But just need to add some words. As in “es un gran pinche desgraciamente perro pendejo”. And I had to keep it pg 13.

  5. How can Trump’s Mega-Suit against Michael Cohen be anything other than an attempt to intimate Cohen from testifying? Witness tampering?

  6. Regarding your “… know a word for mental infirmity that is worse than Imbecile?…”

There’s Edmund Burke Huey’s Backward and Feeble-Minded Children, 1912. He describes:
Idiots – Those so defective that the mental development never exceeds that or a normal child of about two years.
Imbeciles – Those whose development is higher than that of an idiot, but whose intelligence does not exceed that of a normal child of about seven years.
Morons – Those whose mental development is above that of an imbecile, but does not exceed that of a normal child of about twelve years.

Also, some or all of the following may hit the bullseye pinned to that rancid malodorous knob, you’re expertly taking aim at:
Cockwomble – an unintelligent male idiot who is a puffed-up obnoxious bullshit spout
    Cockalorum – a boastful and self-important person
Snollygoster – an unprincipled but shrewd person
Mumpsimus – a stubborn person who insists on making an error in spite of being shown that it is wrong
Throttlebottom – an innocuously inept and futile person in public office

  7. Trumpelthinskin thrives on lawsuits. In the past 3 decades alone he or his Corporations has been named as a Plaintiff or Defendant in over 5,000 cases all over the US.

One of the main scams he learned early on from Fred, Jr. and has been doing this his entire life. This is how it went: The front man for the scam was Weisselberg. He’d show up hiring small business contractors, then not pay them after the work was complete, and sue them for more than they’re worth for breach of contract claiming they failed to do what the contract specified. He destroyed hundreds of small businesses that way. That was his rep around NY/NJ – did it with every building construction project including his Atlantic City casinos. And almost every time he got away with it because the businesses could not afford to go the distance paying attorneys years and decades of attorneys fees while he dragged the case out. During the dragging out time he used his Russian and Italian mobster friends to either threaten or bribe the Judge and anyone who might testify as a witness along with their families with death using phone calls in the middle of the night, and have his mobsters tail you for months everywhere you go till you get spooked and drop the suit. One of the few of these cases to make it all the way to settlement took 19 years for that to happen, and by that time several of the workers that were scheduled to testify disappeared forever (most likely ordered murdered by Don the Con) and others died of asbestos inhalation exposure from the biuldings they demo’d for Trump waiting for it to get settled. That was the case where in 1979-1980 he hired undocumented Polish workers to demolish the Bonwit-Teller building to hurry up and build his Trump Tower in NYC. This case he finally paid 1.4 million $ to settle in 1989.

Another part of his, Weisselberg’s and Cohen’s modis operandi when he or one of his corporations was sued by someone with deep pockets or one of the branches of government was to drag it out for years and years. In government cases he learned that cases go stale, heads of litigation change, witnesses die or forget, evidence gets lost or its chain of custody gets broken and becomes tainted. And in the end his corporations can avoid paying by filing bankruptcy protection. That’s what he ended up doing when he filed bankruptcy for all his casinos – which were primarily used for money laundering for the various mob organizations. For example in 2015, after the US Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) imposed a $10 million civil money penalty against Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort for willful and repeated money laundering violations under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), he filed bankruptcy and shut that casino down rather than pay. Weisselberg always kept 2 separate sets of books for all his corporations: one for the government regulators to see and the real ones.

Out of those 5,000+ cases of all kinds, there’s been less than 100 in which one of his corporations has been found guilty as the Defendant where he actually ended up paying some civil or criminal penalty for.

I truly believe 2023 is the year that his string of dodging personal criminal justice comes to an end. So many criminal cases scheduled for trial coming up where he is named personally. Looking forward to October 2, 2023 when the NY State AG financial/tax fraud trial begins. Also looking forward to the April 25, 2023 start of the trial related to charges stemming from Trumpelthinskin’s early 1996 rape of E. Jean Carroll after a chance meeting at the Bergdorf Goodman department store in Manhattan – if the judge doesn’t grant Trump’s attorney’s latest stall/postpone motion.

  8. A mind is a terrible thing to waste. However, in Trump’s case, there was never much there. Haven’t you folks ever heard the phrase, “There ain’t no there, there.”? This applies to brain dead mofos like Trump and his scions.

  9. Well what you got here is DJT has always gone up on civil cases of one kind or another. At the end of the day you dust off you clothes and go home and Brag to the wife. I don’t think he truly gets what’s going on. Like the cop not holding the door open for him. They seen their share of celebrities hoof it through that door and it’s definitely open the dam door you lazy SOB. Now what comes next. Right now Bragg is probably going to let the civil case roll and get a conviction. He just wanted to start the circus that he knew was going to come down. You think he wasn’t planning ahead here. He’s got one of the top lawyers in the country coming in to handle Jordan. You think there wasn’t planning there. This is going to blow up into a magnificent bombshell cloud ⛅️ of happy gas. These people want to play. They are going to do it in an epic fashion that probably isn’t anything like they want.

  10. The unaddressed irony is that although early on, Trump kind of acknowledged the situation to which Cohen confessed his part, Trump went to Court at the time of his arraignment and pled not guilty to those very same acts. And now, it seems to me that, with this suit against Cohen, Trump has just confessed to those very acts to which he pled not guilty. If the acts did not occur, how can Trump claim violation of attorney-client privilege, as he would never have discussed those acts he now says never happened? Does he also not realize that the act of filing this suit with the stated basis constitutes evidence of a crime and can be used against him, now that he has been indicted? The judge warned Trump about curing his verbal diarrhea lest his own words convict him, but, well, we ARE dealing with a compulsive blatherskite.
